The conference room was spacious, its sleek glass walls offering a clear view of the bustling office outside. The large oval table was surrounded by key members of the team, all seated with laptops and notepads open. Her secretary, Sara, sat at her left, diligently jotting down minutes of the meeting. Nandini stood at the head of the conference table, her presence demanding yet approachable. Dressed in a sharp navy blazer paired with tailored trousers, she exuded confidence as she discussed the quarterly report and upcoming projects.

One of the senior managers raised a hand, posing a question about resource allocation for a new initiative. Lakshmi responded seamlessly, breaking down the strategy into actionable points, her demeanour professional yet engaging. But as she turned toward the glass wall mid-explanation, she caught sight of a familiar figure leaning casually against the railing outside. Raghav.

He stood there in usual effortless charm (at least according to Nandini), wearing a fitted black polo shirt tucked into dark grey trousers, his hand tucked into his trousers. His head was tilted slightly, and his gaze was fixed on her, a subtle smile playing on his lips.

For a fleeting second, her composure almost wavered. She blinked, quickly regaining focus, and continued speaking as if nothing had happened. But the slight upward curve at the corner of her lips betrayed her. Raghav, meanwhile, watched with an amused glint in his eye, clearly enjoying seeing her in her element.

The meeting wrapped up with Lakshmi thanking everyone for their input and assigning follow-up tasks. As the team began to disperse, Sara leaned over with a sly smile, "Unga aalu veliya waiting."

[Your guy is waiting outside for you.]

Nandini swats at her friend before shooing her away, "Summa iru di, You go and get us coffee."

[Shut up and go get us coffee.]

Nandini lets out a small sigh before straightening her blazer and gathering her files. She stepped out of the meeting room, her heels clicking softly against the polished floor. Raghav's eyes lit up as he saw her, and his smile widened.

"VP madam, semma performance.", he complimented with a smirk, falling into step beside her and taking the files from her hand.

[VP madam, great show inside.]

Nandini rolls her eyes before questioning worriedly, "Ninge yepdi inge? Yethavithu problem ah?"

[You? Here? Is there any problem?]

Raghav huffed and placed his hands on her waist helping her manoeuvre her way through her employees.

"Nee vera yen di ivlo yosikara. Summa dhan parka vandha. Nee mattum yen office ku vandha?", Raghav questions with a pout, making Nandini chuckle.

[Why are you thinking so much? I came because I wanted to. Did you not come to my office?]

"Na yen venam nu solla poren. Sudden ah vandhinga adhan ketten. You don't have work today?", she asks slipping her hand into his, the gesture so natural it caught Raghav off guard.

[Why will I deny you? I asked since you showed up here without any notice. You don't have work today?]

Nandini tugs him after her when he suddenly stops walking, "Yenange, yen angaya nikkuringa?"

[Why did you stop walking?]

Raghav glanced down at their joined hands before pulling her towards him making her gasp. She looks down at their intertwined hands, her cheeks immediately going pink.

"Yenange, inga venam. Cabin ku polam.", Nandini whispers looking up at him.

[Not here please, my employees are there. We'll go to my cabin.]
