Carter was almost guaranteed to lose this, because well, he's a child in puberty, and King is a god. Therefore, he has a major disadvantage.

"I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" Carter screams, charging at King.

"If you kill me, it would be a lose-lose. You don't want to do this," King says, their voice being very calm for being punched in the stomach. A singular flick from his finger up to Carter was enough to knock him back a couple of feet. Carter lands on his back and slides another half-a-foot.

"OWW! S-SHIT!" Carter screams.

"Who put those horrible words in your mouth, child? Be more appropriate," King says, in a sarcastic tone, just to rile Carter up. Carter tries again, but he fails.

"Are you ready to accept your fate and go back to Earth, boy?" King asks. He wasn't tired at all. Not a single ounce of sweat or adrenaline is being produced. Carter was tearing up. He really was the loser King had made him.

I keep losing these battles. There's no point in trying again.

"U-Uhm... Sure..." Carter mumbles. He goes to shake King's hand, he accidentally steps on its foot. King is stunned and falls over.

"D-Damnit..." They mumble. Carter had found his opportunity. They were in a vulnerable state, and that was the perfect time to strike. He doesn't waste time either. He kicks their side, damaging them more.

"AUGH! Y-YOU BASTARD!" They yell.

This isn't how it's supposed to go!

"I'm not going down that easily!" Carter screams before pouncing on King, letting all his rage out on it. Punching, slapping, choking, you name it.

"W-WHY CAN'T YOU ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE CARTER!? Y-YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS! I-I'M WARNING YOU!" King pleads, as they slowly lose their power. Carter ignores him, and it takes one more punch to destroy them. They disintegrate, and Carter falls to the floor.

"I... d-did it..." He says. "I finally won."

But something Carter didn't consider started to happen. As soon as King died, everything it had created would start to die too. Carter started fade, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.
