Carter wakes up.

"AUGH! WHAT!? W-WHERE AM I?" He screams. Was it all just a bad dream? He was still in the place he knew as the afterlife. King was nowhere to be seen. Carter was still in existence. The question was, how? A loophole, Carter had decided on. It was because he was dead, and he technically wasn't living. So that would mean...

"I-I'm god now..?" It sounded so silly! But it was true. Carter had all the power. He tries it out on a whim, and it was...really easy! He was creating things left and right, like he'd been doing this for eras and eras on end. Sooner than later, he had created a form of time, a version of Earth, and society how he had knew it when he was living.

"I can't wait to... finally be someone of great importance." He says, quite satisfied. Then, Carter gets an idea. He was becoming more like the person he hated most by the second, and he didn't even realize it. He spawned a being, someone who would be universally hated. She was a brown, leather wallet, and he called her Maddison. He watched over her for the many years of her life, feeling powerful, and proud of what he's created. Carter doesn't know it, but the cycle he started, had just began to repeat.

The End.
