"what honesty...I already told you, jack already showed u our marriage certificate. you are seeing the wrong person. I'm not her."
"Oh, I believe you're not her," Jungkook says, his voice is low and intense. "But that's not what I mean." He crouches down in front of you, putting himself at eye level. "I mean about how you and Jack met. What he did for a living."
You looked at jack to speak. Jack shifts uncomfortably, avoiding your gaze. "Jungkook, maybe this isn't the time-" he starts, but Jungkook cuts him off with a stern look.
"No, Jack, shut up," Jungkook orders. "Let's hear it from her mouth. How did you meet, hm? How did a poor, innocent girl like you end up married to a man like Jack?" He looks back at you, his eyes piercing. "Tell me the truth."
"i...i..we met 4 years ago on Christmas. i was watching fireworks from the bridge and he came to my side and accidentally our eyes met..."
Jungkook's expression darkens. "And then? What happened next?" He leans in closer, his voice barely a whisper. "What did he promise you? What lies did he spin to make you fall for him?" His eyes flick to Jack briefly, then back to you.
"we dated for 2 years and got married...."(without looking at his eyes)
Jungkook's hand lashes out, gripping your chin and forcing you to look at him. "Look at me," he demands. "And tell me what he did for a living." His fingers are firm but gentle. "Look at me and tell me he was an honest man." You looked at jack. Jack's face is a mask of guilt and shame. He looks away, unable to meet your eyes. Jungkook's grip tightens slightly. "No, don't look at him. Look at me." He waits for your response, his gaze intense and searching. "What did Jack do, hm?"
"He is an investigator"
Jungkook's eyes narrow. "An investigator, huh?" He stands up, his hand still holding your chin. "And what kind of cases did he investigate, hmm? Was he a private investigator, or did he work for the government?" He looks at Jack, his expression cold and accusing.
"I...i don't know.."
"You don't know?" Jungkook's voice rises in anger. "How could you not know what your husband does for a living? Is he hiding something from you, or are you just that oblivious?" He turns back to Jack, his eyes blazing with fury.
"It's none of your business!!"
Jungkook's eyes widen in shock at your outburst. For a moment he's silent, then he throws his head back and laughs - a harsh, mocking sound. "Oh, it's not my business? Funny, because it seems to me that Jack's secrets have put your life in danger."
"Wha...what, n-no!!"
Jungkook's laughter dies away, replaced by a grim expression. "Did you really think this was just about a misunderstanding? Jack's not just any investigator." He takes a deep breath. "He works for a very dangerous organization. They deal in secrets, blackmail, and worse."
"J--jack???"
Jungkook nods grimly. "Yes, Jack. Your beloved husband. He's not the man you think he is." He reaches out, almost gently touching your arm. "I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you need to understand the danger you're in."
"Is that true jack? Answer me!! Were you lying to me about all these things?"

Jack looks at you, his expression wretched. "Jungkook's telling the truth, darling," he admits quietly. "I'm sorry. I should have told you." He runs a hand through his disheveled hair. "But please, believe me, I did it to protect you."
"Protect me...what kind of protection is this jack?? Are you saving our lives or wants to kill us?!!!
After staying silent for a minute you said,"yeah...I got it... thanks for your help Mr. jungkook. and jack, I never expected anything like this from you. now listen I can protect my baby alone. i don't need your help, you understand? I'm leaving..."
Jungkook's hand closes around your wrist as you turn to leave. "And go where? You have no idea what you're up against." His grip is firm, but not painful. "His organization won't just let you walk away. They'll come after you, after the baby."
"What do they want from my innocent baby? What have I done to them?!! Tell me jack??!!"

"Y-- Samantha I'm sorry I couldn't tell you. I..i thought they had everything to do with me. They won't hurt you but things are gone wrong. Believe me baby I didn't know anything until now. I'm sorry, I just joined them cause they pay a huge amount of money to their spy & upper level workers, so I just..." He looked down with guilt.
