Hey guys! Here's a first look at the sequel to Jinx Charm, I hope you guys like it! Don't worry this prologue, takes place a few weeks after the first book ends....anyhow enjoy!

3 weeks after Charms High broke up for the summer

A girl with black hair and green eyes sat on the roof of her house, next to her wide open window. She was enjoying the sunny weather, something quite rare in England.

"Kate did you send it? With the transportation spell like I asked?" a woman asked, peering out the window. She had curly red hair, tied in a loose bun and green eyes.

Kate noticed the lack of makeup, the loose grey sweatpants and red shirt. Clearly, her mother had been busy making the necessary preparations, after all there needed to be enough room to last the rest of the summer.

"Yeah mum, I sent it earlier" Kate replied

"Good. How do you think they'll respond?"

"With a yes most likely, but they may need you to confirm"

"That shouldn't be too hard, I'll use other means of persuasion if it doesn't go well" her mum smirked.

"No mum, no magic on the mortals, she's not gonna like that" Kate protested.

Her mother laughed. "I'm only joking Kate, everything will work out"

"Keep an eye on your siblings for me, I need to get back to work" her mother then began to leave the window side, she was peering out of. "Oh and Kate, I'd prefer it if you watched them whilst on the ground, before you break your neck" she added, as she left.

"Alright" Kate smiled; her mother could be such a worrier at times. She sighed and crawled back into her room, she walked down the stairs towards the back garden, where her brothers and sisters were from the looks of it, playing a creative mash-up of football, hockey, tennis and rounder's.

She sat on the patio keeping an eye on her four siblings, after all her mother would have her head if anyone got hurt. Although her mother was a worrier, she could be scary when she wanted to.

Her mind drifted back to what she had said to Jinx when they broke up for summer. It had taken a bit of convincing and planning, but finally everything was all set. She then got her phone out and texted: Don't worry Jinx, I thought of something.

It was only a matter of time, for the fun to begin.
