(Early morning- Dust till Dawn)
It was a peaceful morning with sounds of moving and people chatting providing life to the city, the owner of Dust till Dawn was done setting a sign showcasing his stores grand re-opening. The old man chuckles to himself before climbing down, however someone knocked into his ladder sending the old man to the ground.
???: Sorry, I'm not really from around here.
The man looks up to see a young girl with emerald hair staring at him, The girl extends her hand high the man takes pulling him off the ground.
Emerald-haired girl: *pulling out paper* Would you mind pointing me in the direction of this shop?
The old man looks at the paper before nodding and giving the girl directions, the Emerald-haired girl thanked the man and walked off passing by a boy crossing his arms at her.
Gray-haired boy: I knew you were lost.
Emerald-haired girl: Mercury *pulling out money* I will seriously pay you to shut up.
Mercury: That's not your money.
Emerald-haired girl: But it could be yours if you give me five minutes of silences.
Mercury: *thinking* Mmmmmmm.....no deal.
Emerald-haired girl: *grumbles* Fine.
The duo begins to head further into the bustling city getting into a small argument along the way before then stopping by a near by bookstore and heading inside. Once inside the girl named Emerald walks up to the counter ringing the bell while Mercury hangs back fiddling with the books.
Gruff-voice: Welcome to Tucson's book trade home to every book under the sun, how may I help-
