Goodbyes

Goodbyes aren't forever, this I believe

Though tears may fall, and hearts may grieve

The bonds we share will never fade

In memories, our love is displayed

The road may part, but we'll meet again

Through the sunshine and the rain

For distance can't break the ties that bind

Our souls together, intertwined

We'll cherish the moments we've shared

The laughter, the joy, the love declared

And though we may be far apart

You'll always have a place in my heart

Through good times and bad, we'll stand strong

For our friendship will always carry on

No matter where life may lead

Our connection will always succeed

So let's not say goodbye, my dear friend

For this is not truly the end

Our paths will cross once more, I'm sure

And our bond will forever endure

So until we meet again, my friend

I'll hold you close, my love I'll send
