It’s late at night, the Kim mansion bathed in silence, save for the occasional rustle of leaves outside. Jungkook, cloaked in the shadows, sneaks into Jin’s room through the balcony, driven by his longing after being denied permissions by Namjoon to see Jin.
**Flashback:**
Jungkook had stood in Namjoon’s lavishly decorated office three days ago, his posture straight but his fists clenched at his sides. Namjoon sat behind his desk, his piercing gaze fixed on Jungkook.
“I want to see Jin,” Jungkook said firmly, his voice calm but laced with determination.
Namjoon leaned back in his chair, his fingers steepled as he regarded Jungkook. “Jin has classes and responsibilities. He doesn’t need distractions right now. And i told you you will see him on the weekend”
“I’m not a distraction,” Jungkook argued, his tone sharp. “I care about him. I would never let his studies or responsibilities suffer.”
Namjoon’s lips curled into a thin, disapproving smile. “I don’t doubt your feelings, Jungkook, but Jin is young. He needs focus and discipline. Your relationship…” He trailed off, shaking his head.
Jungkook’s jaw tightened. “Our relationship is not your decision to control. Jin is capable of making his own choices.”
Namjoon’s expression hardened, and he stood, his imposing presence radiating authority. “Jungkook, as much as I respect you, I cannot allow you to see him freely right now. You’ll have to wait until he’s finished his semester. If you truly care about Jin, you’ll understand.”
Jungkook felt a surge of anger but managed to keep his composure. He nodded stiffly, though his voice was strained. “I’ll respect your wishes. But I won’t stop loving Jin, and I won’t stop finding ways to see him.”
Namjoon’s eyes narrowed slightly, but he didn’t respond, leaving Jungkook to exit the room with frustration simmering beneath his calm exterior.

** Present **
Jin was sprawled on his bed, scrolling through his phone when a faint creak pulled his attention toward the balcony door. His heart skipped a beat as he sat up, squinting into the darkness. The door eased open, and a familiar figure slipped inside, his movements stealthy but purposeful.
"Jungkook?" Jin whispered, both startled and amused. "What the hell are you doing here? My dad will kill you if he finds out."
Jungkook closed the door behind him, locking it quietly. "Let him try," he muttered, his dark eyes locking onto Jin. "I couldn’t wait any longer."
Jin raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms over his chest. "You’re insane, you know that?"
Jungkook stepped closer, his presence radiating heat and intensity. "Maybe. Or maybe I just can’t stand being away from you." His voice was low, his words heavy with unspoken desire.
Jin felt his cheeks flush, though he tried to maintain his composure. "You’re lucky I didn’t scream and wake the whole house," he teased, but his voice betrayed a hint of nervous anticipation.
"Trust me, screaming isn’t what I’m worried about," Jungkook said with a smirk, closing the distance between them.
Before Jin could retort, Jungkook cupped his face, his thumb brushing over Jin’s cheekbone as their gazes locked. Jin’s breath hitched, the air between them charged with electricity.
"You missed me," Jungkook murmured, his voice husky.
Jin tried to scoff, but the words caught in his throat as Jungkook tilted his chin up, their lips a breath apart. "Don’t even try to deny it," Jungkook added, his lips capturing Jin’s in a slow, searing kiss.
