🌸Chapter 6: Plans With a Dash of Trouble

Hinata, Temari, Karin, Ino, TenTen, Karui, and Sakura were all laughing together as they sat in one of the outside cafes there were in Konoha.

"I can't believe he kept it from you for an entire month!" Temari laughed.

Sakura laughed and nodded.

"I didn't even suspect anything! He was so good at hiding his plans and the ring!" she said, still laughing. "He can be really good at keeping secrets if he tries."

"So normally he can't?" Hinata asked.

Sakura shook her head. "He's horrible at secret keeping normally!"

Ino and Karin laughed loudly as Sakura and Hinata giggled. TenTen and Temari just shook their heads at the information.

"So what are you thinking about theme wise?" Temari asked.

Sakura looked a bit more serious and put a finger on her chin as she thought about it.

"It will definitely be traditional," she muttered mostly to herself then shook her head as she waved her hand. "I'm not too sure really."

TenTen and Hinata looked disappointed at the declaration as the other girls shook their heads yet again.

"How about flowers?" Ino asked. "Hopefully they'll be tasteful and hopefully you'll order them from a certain someone." Ino winked at the end and Sakura laughed lightly.

"White lilies maybe, with a dash of pink thrown in," Sakura said with a shrug.

Ino blanched and groaned.

"White lilies are for the dead!" Ino whined. "You don't want those as your flowers!"

Sakura laughed yet again and shrugged once more.

"I guess it's good I have all of you to bounce ideas off of, isn't it?" Sakura asked, still laughing.

The girls all collectively groaned at Sakura's laughter and way of thinking. She'd need a lot of help it seems.

"Nagato, you have to speak with her about the wedding!" Ino begged the man as Hinata smiled softly and shook her head.

"I agree she needs help," Hinata said as she patted the man's shoulder.

Nagato laughed at the two girls as Sakura glared at them.

"I'm sorry I don't have any ideas at the moment!" Sakura fumed as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Ino laughed as Hinata giggled behind her hand at the display of anger. Nagato put his arms around Sakura causing her anger to fizzle out quickly as he kissed the top of her head.

"You two are too perfect!" Ino said as she laughed yet again, this time more mildly as Hinata giggled once more.

"I agree!" Hinata said softly as Sakura blushed lightly.

"You two can go now!" Sakura said as she waved at the two women. "Don't you have families to tend to?"

Ino just rolled her eyes and walked out of the two's home with a backwards wave. Hinata gave Sakura a hug and she too left, leaving the two alone.

"You're having that much trouble, huh?" Nagato asked, which of course the only answer he got was him being chased around the room by an angry pinkette.

Finally, the day to pick out dresses was here. Sakura was having so much trouble deciding on traditional versus nontraditional. So many dresses and beautiful designs, she couldn't make up her mind. Finally, she decided on a traditional white kimono but with a slight twist. Instead of the white being uniform throughout, the fabric had imprints of sakura petals in white embroidered on the sleeves and on her obi. It was the perfect addition to a perfect outfit that was traditional but also nontraditional.
