AFTER THE KISS, Sunny came rushing over. She forced every detail about our 'date' out of me. I gladly told her how he felt against my lips which made her excited.

That was three days ago. I haven't seen Walker since, but we've kept in contact over text. Leah and Dior made plans to hang out all together just so they could see Walker and I in public.

"Sunny, you need to chill," I say.

"I can't!" Sunny exclaims. "You guys better hold hands."

"Everyone is gonna be there." I groan. "Besides, it's just an arcade."

"Everyone knows the most romantic dates are at an arcade." Sunny smirks.

I sigh. Once Sunny has her mind set on something, it's hard to change it. "Okay."

We exit the hotel and wave down a taxi. I'm super pumped about seeing Walker again, but also incredibly nervous. Walker and I haven't made anything official, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did tonight. One more kiss to seal it.

I dressed the best I could for going to an arcade. Baggy jeans and a tight baby tee. My hair lays in loose curls around my shoulders. I debated wearing a bow in it but decided otherwise. I don't want to look like I'm trying too hard. Especially if that kiss was a one time thing.

The arcade is only ten minutes away. We get there asap and pay the driver. He thanks us for the tip before speeding away. I take a quick deep breath before walking inside. I spot Walker immediately in the sea of people. He sees me too cause he rushes over.

Walker pulls me in for a hug. "Hey, Star. I missed you."

"I missed you too." I smile. Dior and Leah come running over and pull me away.

"Babe, you look hot," Dior teases. "I see you making a move."

I gently slap her arm. "Relax, D."

"I have to agree with Dior," Leah admits. "You guys are such a power couple."

"We're not a couple, yet." I point out. "He hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or on another date."

"Well, if he doesn't want you, I do," Dior declares.

I shake my head before letting out a small laugh. We join the other boys to get cards to play. We all get in line. I find myself last with Walker in front of me. An awkward feeling rushes over me. I knew it would be uncomfortable, but the hug made me think it wouldn't. I was clearly wrong.

"Here, Gwen." Walker holds out one of two cards in his hand.

I gasp. "Walker, you didn't need to buy me a ticket card. I have money myself."

He shrugs. "Don't worry about it. Now, come on, lets go play some games."

I giggle and follow him. We find Flappy Bird first and start to spend lots of points on it. I beat Walker and the high score.

"Let's do this," I suggest.

"Alright," Walker agrees.

The game isn't really a game at all. You're supposed to sit and lay back on a chair like thing. It moves and vibrates to match a screen in front of you. You can't win points on it, but it seems fun enough.

The machine starts up suddenly. I gasp as it starts to shake. Walker lets out a laugh that makes me smile.

"Ahhhh," Walker jokes. I nudge his shoulder as we shake up and down.

"I can't believe we're in an underground tunnel," I say.

"I can't believe we both fit in this cart." Walker shifts his head and looks at me. His eyes sparkle like the sun reflecting on water.

Walker and I stick together throughout the whole day. We stack up on tickets before using our final points on the claw machine. I saw an adorable cow in there that I really wanted. I barely missed on my turn. Walker decided to also go for the cow. To his luck, he pulled it out with ease.

"Here, you are." Walker passes me the stuffed animal.

"Thanks, Wonderboy," I say. "You're too sweet."

Then, just like the night we watched Tangled, the air seems to get sucked out of the room. Everyone moves in slow motion as we both lean in. My heart seems to beat so loud against my chest I fear he can hear it too. Our lips connect for a brief moment before he pulls away. A quick kiss.

"Let's go see how many tickets we got." Walker dashes ahead, his long legs always being faster than mine.

We turn our cards in to the people at front. I gained 859 hundred while Walker got 903 hundred. We spend all our tickets on candy. There's so much we have to ask for a bag. Our friends are nowhere in sight, so we take a seat on a bench. I lick a lollipop while Walker chews through a laffy taffy.

"This was the most fun I've had in a while," Walker says, breaking the silence.

"Me too," I agree.

I pull my knees to my chin and lean into him a bit. Walker wraps an arm around me as I lay my head on his shoulder. I shut my eyes and listen to the quiet breathes he takes.
