I've been dreaming of you since I was a little girl,
Wondering if you truly existed in my world.
The way you kissed me in those fleeting dreams
Made me long for a love like yours, it seems.Too young to grasp the depth of God's plan,
I missed you before I even knew who you were, my man.
You stepped from the shadows, in your white tee,
As if the universe whispered, "He's meant for thee."Our first kiss, soft and sweet, left its trace,
A spark ignited, though we hadn't found our place.
Then I saw you again, on a crowded bus,
You said, "I'm your husband," and I laughed at the fuss. But deep down, I knew this was something real,
A bond too strong for time to conceal.
We met at my school, shared secrets and laughs,
But life pulled us down separate paths. So, I wrote you a letter, letting you go,
Believing our love needed time to grow.
Years passed by as we lived our lives apart,
Until you returned, claiming my heart. This time, the truth was clear as day—
I was always your wife; we were meant to stay.
