My grandma also known as Siko placed the tea down on the table as she sat herself next to me taking my hands into hers as a soft smile graced her lips.
"So y/n. Anyone you've been seeing I know it's been a while and you've finally turned 20 it's time for marriage." She says as she tucks a piece of my hair behind my ear.

I chuckle softly as I shook my head.
"Grandma not yet I have only just turned 20.. I don't know about marrying anyone yet. You know nobody really lives in the mountains." I say as I sigh Leaning into her soft touch. Her touch made me realise I've missed her . I look at her with a small smile as I traced my face.

"You're so beautiful honey. I'm sure someone in the village would gladly marry you." She says making me chuckle.

"It's okay grandma. I'll find someone don't worry." I say as I take the cup of tea and take sip blowing on it since it was hot.

She nods as she takes her cup and takes a sip. The room was filled with comfortable silence.

"Do you need anything grandma?" I say as I look at her knowing she won't be able to go around since she has been getting tired.

She nods.
"I do deary but it's okay. I don't want to tire you. You just came." She says as she rubs my knee making me smile.
"It's alright grandma just tell me what to get." I say.

So now I was walking through the village with a long list of things my grandma needed. Greeting familiar faces as I walk up to the vegetable man stall. People called him that since he looked like a vegetable and he sold vegetables you know?

"Hi! Could I get some potatoes and carrots please?" I say as I look at the man. He nods as he starts to take the veg.
"You know a young woman like you shouldn't be out here. There's been disappearances of girls in the area." He says lowly making my eyebrow to go up in confusion.
"Oh that's sad. What's going on." I say as I hand him the money.

He tucks the money away as he look around before whispering.
"Demons. Demons have been kidnapping them. Seen it with my own eyes." He says pointing to his eyes making them wide.
I become anxious as I nod as I laugh uncomfortably taking the vegetables and walking away quickly .

I sigh to myself as I think. Demons?

I frown the last time I saw a demon was when my parents got eaten by them .

They still roamed I guess.
