the days leading up to jakes halloween party felt long, filled with work and not much talking with carrington which upset me. i decided i was going as a cupid last minute, tara was being a showgirl. we got ready and did each others hair, we looked amazing.

we got to jakes around 5.30ish, the party started at 9 but he wanted us to help prepare. i got in the car with tara, i was so nervous to see carrington.
carrington pov
i saw her walk through the door, she looked gorgeous, she instantly made eye contact with me and smiled, i gave her a faint one back. to be honest, i was still upset about how mad she got and she couldn't even tell me why. i feel like there is more than meets the eye with aspen.
after everything was set up, drinks, food, keg etc, we all sat in the living and began to pre drink, i tried to avoid eye contact but could feel her eyes on me the whole time. suddenly, her phone began to ring. i was confused as she told me she isn't really in contact with her family and she has no other friends. i watched her excuse her self and step into the back garden to pick up the call.
everyone gave me their empty cups, so i went to the kitchen to refill drinks, i couldn't help but listen in to her convocation.
"billie no!" i heard her say, she sounded stressed, who is billie? i wondered "its fine, im fine here i promise" who was she talking too? "okay yeah, ill maybe see you in 2-3ish weeks okay?" "no dont come in your dodge, just use one of your body guards cars!" body guard? "yeah okay, i miss you too"
i grabbed the drinks and bought them back to the living room so aspen didn't see me. my point was proven, she clearly has a secret rich boyfriend or something, that explains why she didn't want the photo to be posted, or claims she doesn't use social media so we cant see her pictures. also suggests why she has money for everything when she barely works and her purse is still at her ex's house. i cant believe she lied, and lead me on like that.
