November 14th, 2008: Evelyn treats a family with syphilis.
November 21st, 2008: Evelyn accepts the position at Princeton-Plainsboro. Diagnoses a patient with MTTP. Evelyn gets drunk, kisses House. House discovers her pill addiction and confiscates them.
November 22nd, 2008: House comes by Evelyn's AirBNB to talk.
November 26th, 2008: Evelyn and House get intimate.
December 4th, 2008: Evelyn and House assist with a surgery that causes a patient to be put into a brain dead state.
December 7th, 2008: Evelyn gets called into an ethics meeting regarding the surgery on December 4th. Talks to a raccoon.
December 12th, 2008: Evelyn moves into her new apartment. House tells the ethics committee he's responsible for the patient. Discussed with Evelyn why he's not a good option for her.
December 20th, 2008: Dr. Tillsbury passes.
December 24th, 2008: Evelyn flies down to Florida to attend Dr. Tillsbury's funeral and returns to Princeton-Plainsboro.
December 25th, 2008: House takes Evelyn out on a real date.
December 29th, 2008: Evelyn asks House to test her for lupus.
January 4th, 2009: House reveals that Evelyn has a brain tumor.
January 7th, 2009: Evelyn goes out west to have her brain tumor removed by her brother. We get a chapter out of House's point of view.
January 11th, 2009: House takes care of Evelyn as she recovers from her surgery. Evelyn returns to the office before she's supposed to– causing House to escort her back home.
February 23rd, 2009: Evelyn is able to work again and returns to Princeton-Plainsboro. House asks Evelyn to move in with him.
March 10th, 2009: Evelyn agrees to move in with House.
July 27th, 2009: Finale. Evelyn and House live together. House decides to tell Cuddy about their relationship.
April 17th, 2015: House's final reflection.
