Chapter 2

This is something very important, and I couldn’t wait any longer to share it with you.

First, let me apologize—I should have mentioned this in the first chapter itself, but it slipped my mind. Here’s the thing: I’m not sure yet whether this story will have a happy ending or a sad one. It could go either way.

If you’re okay with continuing the story, knowing that the ending might not be happy, then please go ahead. But I just wanted to be honest with you upfront—there’s a strong possibility that the ending might be sad.

On the balcony,

Ananya smiled softly, her eyes distant with memory.

Ananya:- Ha wo raat thi hi bahut special......wo baarish bhi bahut khaas thi.

(Yes, that night was really special... and that rain was also very special.)

Abhi nodded, his voice warm but quiet.

Abhi:- Yes.

#Flashback

The rain was heavy that night, drumming on the tents in a soothing rhythm. Everyone else had fallen asleep inside, their soft snores blending with the sound of the rain. But Ananya and Abhi were wide awake, their minds racing with thoughts of each other.

Abhi, unable to stay still, quietly slipped out of his tent. He walked into the rain and stopped under a large tree. The cool drops hit his face as he stood there, enjoying the calmness of the moment.

A little while later, Ananya also stepped out. She hesitated when she saw Abhi, her heart pounding. Gathering her courage, she moved under another tree nearby. For a few moments, they stood apart, stealing glances at each other through the rain. Then their eyes met, and suddenly, the world around them seemed to disappear.

Slowly, without realizing it, they began moving closer to each other. The sound of the rain faded into the background as they stopped just inches apart, their gazes locked.

Ananya broke the silence, her voice playful.

Ananya:- Kya irada hai?Dare complete karle.

(What’s your plan? Should we complete the dare?)

Abhi smirked, a teasing glint in his eyes.

Abhi:- Miss Late is excited for the kiss.

Ananya leaned closer, her voice soft but daring.

Ananya:- Aren't you?

Her words made Abhi smile. Without saying anything, he leaned in and gently pecked her lips.

#Flashback ends.

In the present, the two sat on the balcony, smiling at the memory.

Abhi laughed.
