Jin sat on the couch, his nerves on edge, heart pounding as he tried to hide his anxiety. Namjoon’s intense stare lingered on him, making it hard to breathe.

"Baby, what happened?" Namjoon’s tone was gentle but scrutinizing, his gaze sharp as he studied Jin’s face.

Jin forced a smile, hoping to cover up the turmoil inside. "Ah, nothing... I was just thinking about that guy you brought in. Don’t hurt him too much, Joonie... you know I don’t like seeing people in pain," he said, his voice dripping with feigned innocence.

Namjoon smirked, reaching out to caress Jin’s cheek, his voice deceptively calm. "Don’t worry, baby. I won’t hurt him—just keep him locked up until he tells me what I want. Like who he’s working with and who their leader is." His gaze became intense as he looked deeply into Jin’s eyes. "Now, stop worrying about him. Focus on me." His smile held a certain darkness that made Jin’s stomach twist.

"I..." Jin stammered, feeling trapped. The way Namjoon’s eyes roamed over him made him feel even more uneasy.

Namjoon moved closer, his steps deliberate, closing the space between them. "Let’s go, baby. We’ve never really had time... today feels perfect, doesn’t it?" His smile was seductive as he took another step, making Jin’s heart race in panic.

Jin instinctively backed away, his mind racing for an escape. He stumbled against the table, and in that moment, an idea struck him. Feigning clumsiness, he bumped into the table hard, knocking it over with a loud crash. The noise echoed through the hallways, hopefully enough to signal Taehyung.

Within moments, Taehyung appeared in the doorway, his face a mask of cold professionalism. "Boss, is everything alright?" he asked.

Namjoon glanced at Taehyung, momentarily distracted. "Nothing, Tae, just a bit of a mess. Clean it up, will you?" He turned back to Jin, an amused glint in his eyes. "Jin, baby, why are you so nervous? I’m just asking you to join me in the bedroom."

Jin swallowed hard, glancing at Taehyung, silently pleading for help. Taehyung caught on immediately and intervened. "Boss, that prisoner is acting up again, refusing to talk. Maybe it’d be best if you dealt with him."

Namjoon’s expression shifted instantly. "Is that so?" He sighed, irritation flashing across his face. "Looks like it’ll have to wait, then. Baby, go ahead and get some rest. I’ll see you later," he said before heading out of the room, heading for the dungeon.

Jin exhaled in relief as he watched Namjoon leave. He looked over at Taehyung, mouthing a silent thank you.

Taehyung gave him a slight nod, understanding Jin’s relief, before turning to follow Namjoon out, leaving Jin alone in the quiet room.

Namjoon stood before the cold iron bars of the cell, his hands casually in his pockets, radiating a menacing calm. His sharp eyes bore into the man behind the bars, who, despite his battered appearance, managed to smirk defiantly.

"Now, what do we have here?" Namjoon’s voice was low, cold, and cutting as he tilted his head slightly, studying the man who dared to challenge him.

Jhope, leaning against the wall with a split lip and bruises marring his face, looked up with a cocky grin. "What’s up, dude?" His voice was laced with sarcasm despite the pain evident in his tone. "You think keeping me locked up here will get you what you want? Never." He let out a weak chuckle, wincing as the effort pulled at his injuries.

Namjoon’s smirk deepened, his calm demeanor unshaken. "Brave words for someone in your position." He stepped closer to the bars, his presence suffocating. "You think you’re untouchable, don’t you? That your little team will come running to save you?" He chuckled darkly, shaking his head. "You underestimate how far I’m willing to go."
