Flashback:

Months ago, in a small, dimly lit cabin room, the team gathered around a large, oval meeting table. The glow of a flashlight illuminated the faces of Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jhope as they all leaned in, listening intently. The air was thick with anticipation as Yoongi stood at the front, a digital screen flickering behind him.

Jungkook and Jin sat side by side, so close that their bodies naturally leaned against each other. Jungkook’s left hand rested lightly on Jin’s shoulder, the other casually on Jin’s thigh, a silent display of their closeness. Jin, ever the calm one, didn’t mind the physical connection, even though he occasionally shot playful glances at Jungkook that made his heart race. Taehyung and Jimin sat nearby, both alert and ready for whatever Yoongi had to say, while Jhope sat beside Yoongi, eyes sharp, ready to absorb every detail.

On the screen, a face appeared—a man with sharp eyes, a cold expression, and an undeniable aura of power. Yoongi's voice broke the silence.

"This is Kim Namjoon, the underground mafia king. He's notorious for every crime imaginable—no one has ever been able to catch him. He’s ruthless, smart, and knows how to stay two steps ahead of anyone who tries to bring him down."

The image on the screen shifted to a glimmering diamond, its facets sparkling even in the dim light.

"This," Yoongi continued, his finger pointing to the shimmering object, "is the Purple Diamond. The country's most rare and expensive diamond. And it’s rumored that Namjoon is the one who stole it. He’s kept it hidden, and no one knows where it is."

Jungkook’s jaw tightened, the weight of the mission settling in.

"So, the mission is… we have to catch him?" Jimin asked, his voice laced with curiosity.

"Exactly," Yoongi replied, his tone calm but filled with intensity. "I have a plan. We need to infiltrate his base, gain his trust, and then slowly uncover his secrets. We need to find out where he’s hiding the diamond before it’s lost for good."

Jimin grinned, always excited for a challenge. "Sounds like a superb plan."

Jin, always ready for action, smirked and leaned back in his chair, arms crossed. "Finally, after a long time, we got a real fun mission."

"Totally," Jimin agreed, giving a high five to Jin, both best friends in perfect sync.

But Taehyung, ever the strategist, raised an eyebrow. "But how are we doing this?"

"And when do we begin?" Jungkook asked, his voice steady but with a hint of eagerness. He could feel the adrenaline rising in his veins. This was a mission he could sink his teeth into—an enemy that was clever and dangerous, just the kind of challenge he was ready for. But something in the back of his mind tugged at him, the familiar feeling of unease that always settled before a mission.

Yoongi paused for a moment, his gaze flickering over the group before he answered, "We begin soon. We have to move quickly, but carefully. Namjoon is smart. He'll be expecting us to come after him."

Jungkook’s eyes met Jin’s, the unspoken bond between them stronger than ever. Jin gave him a reassuring smile, as if to say, We’ve got this. But it also meant Jin, Taehyung, Jimin, and Jhope would be in danger too. The thought of that made his protective instincts flare, but he buried them deep inside, focusing on the mission ahead.
