Anjali yanked the comforter off her dear princess with an exasperated sigh. As usual, her daughter was running late.

"Wake up, you lazy girl!" she huffed, her grumpy tone reverberating through the room. But the sleeping beauty didn't stir, buried in her dreams as though the world outside didn't exist.

Throwing her hands in the air, Anjali snapped, "Fine, sleep as much as you want! Don't expect me to come wake you again."

Meanwhile, in the other room, Ankit was fiddling with his tie, a small smile playing on his lips. Sure, he could tie it himself, but why miss out on a moment to steal some time with his wife?

"Anjali!" he called out, his voice warm and familiar.

Anjali stormed into the room, her face red as a tomato from her failed mission. Still, she grabbed the tie without a word and began knotting it around his neck, her movements quick but precise.

Seizing the opportunity, Aniket placed his hands on her waist, pulling her closer with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

Anjali didn't flinch at his shameless gesture. She merely narrowed her eyes at him in warning, though the corner of her lips betrayed the faintest smile. Aniket, unfazed, responded with his signature puppy-dog eyes, the kind that always melted her resolve.

And just like that, they got lost in the moment-her soft smile, his playful gaze.

That is, until a cheerful voice cuts through their little bubble.

"Aww, Mr. and Mrs. Mehra! Getting all romantic, huh? What's the occasion?"

Their daughter, Aahi, stood at the doorway, giggling as she tugged at her parents' cheeks.

Anjali flushed a deep crimson, hurriedly pulling away from Aniket, mumbling something incoherent as she darted out of the room. Ankit, equally embarrassed, ran a hand through his hair, searching for a place to hide.

Aahi just laughed harder, shaking her head at her hopelessly adorable parents.
