The crowd was electric in the packed arena, a buzz of excitement echoing through the air as Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill stood in the center of the ring, microphones in hand. Their energy was magnetic, and their frustration was palpable as they addressed Liv Morgan and her team, who lingered at the top of the ramp with smug smiles.
"You think you're tough, Liv?" Bianca said, twirling her braid around her hand as she paced. "You think you and your little squad can just walk around here like you run the place? You wanna prove it? Then get in this ring and let's handle it!"
Jade, towering and radiating confidence, leaned against the ropes, glaring at Liv and her crew. "Bianca's right. You've been running your mouths for weeks, and I'm getting real tired of it. You want a fight? Then come down here and let's see if you can back it up."
Liv smirked, stepping forward with her microphone. "Oh, we'd love to fight you two," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "But the problem is... you don't have enough people. You're short a team, babes."
Her team—two other wrestlers standing confidently behind her—laughed along with her. The crowd booed loudly, but Liv just shrugged, clearly enjoying herself.
Before Bianca or Jade could respond, the arena went dark. A low rumble of anticipation swept through the crowd. When the lights came back on, Rhea Ripley was standing behind Bianca and Jade in the ring, a smirk playing on her lips as the crowd erupted in cheers.
Liv's cocky expression faltered for a moment, but she quickly recovered. "Okay, okay. Nice surprise," she said, trying to sound unimpressed. "But three people still isn't enough to take us down. You're still outnumbered."
Rhea stepped forward, her presence intimidating as always. "I don't care if we're outnumbered," she growled. "I'll take all of you down myself if I have to."
Bianca held up her hand, calming the situation. "Rhea's right. Numbers or not, we're not backing down from this fight."
Just as tensions reached a boiling point, the lights cut out again. The arena fell silent, the only sounds being murmurs of confusion and the occasional yell from an excited fan.
A moment later, a single spotlight illuminated the center of the ring—and standing there, seemingly out of nowhere, was you.
The crowd erupted into deafening cheers as you slowly raised your head, a sly smirk on your face. Liv and her team stared in shock, and even Bianca, Jade, and Rhea looked momentarily stunned by your dramatic arrival.
Grabbing a microphone that was tossed your way, you took a step forward, your voice ringing out clearly. "You want to talk about numbers, Liv?" you said, your tone sharp. "Well, now the numbers are even."
You paused, letting the tension build before yelling the two words that sent the crowd into a frenzy:
"WAR GAMES!"
The announcement reverberated through the arena, and the crowd roared with excitement.
Before Liv could react, you turned toward her, tossing the mic aside and charging forward. Without hesitation, you launched yourself over the ropes and landed directly in front of her. Liv barely had time to react before you grabbed her and delivered a headbutt straight to her forehead.
The impact sent her stumbling backward, clutching her head, and her team immediately rushed to her aid. Liv glared at you, her smugness replaced with anger and disbelief.
Bianca, Jade, and Rhea joined you at the ropes, standing shoulder to shoulder with you as the four of you stared down Liv and her team. The crowd's chants of "WAR GAMES!" filled the arena as Liv yelled back at you, trying to save face.
"This isn't over!" she shouted, pointing at you and your team.
"Damn right it's not," you called back, your confidence unwavering. "We'll see you in the cage."
As the crowd's chants of "WAR GAMES!" began to die down, Bianca, Jade, and Rhea turned toward you, still buzzing from the intensity of the moment. Their expressions were a mixture of pride and concern as they stepped closer, huddling around you.
"Y/N," Bianca started, her voice softer now. "You didn't have to do that. We had it under control. That was... huge."
Jade crossed her arms, her sharp eyes fixed on you. "Yeah, you really didn't need to put yourself out there like that. Liv's not just running her mouth—she's dangerous. You sure you're ready for this?"
You glanced at them, your chest still heaving slightly from the adrenaline. Your lips curled into a smirk before your expression softened, and you shook your head. "Y'all helped me out before," you said, your voice steady but filled with emotion. "Now it's time for me to do my part."
You stepped forward, meeting their gazes one by one, but when your eyes landed on Rhea, your expression darkened. "And hell, I want my hands on Liv for what she did to Damien."
At the mention of Damien Priest, Rhea's face hardened, her jaw clenching. She nodded, her black lips curling into a faint, knowing smile.
"You know I love that man with all my heart," you continued, your voice cracking slightly with the rawness of your words. "But I love y'all more."
The vulnerability in your voice hung heavy in the air, but it was a vulnerability born out of loyalty and a fierce determination. Rhea took a step closer, her hand reaching out to rest on your shoulder.
"I get it," she said softly, her tone unusually gentle for someone as intimidating as her. "Damien would be proud. And you're right—Liv deserves what's coming to her."
Bianca and Jade shared a look before Bianca placed her hands on her hips, her fierce energy returning. "Well, if you're all in, we're all in," she said. "No backing out now. Liv and her team won't know what hit them."
Jade nodded in agreement. "WarGames is about showing who's got the heart to survive, and Y/N, you've already proved you're ready for this. Let's give them hell."
Rhea smirked and tilted her head, her hand sliding off your shoulder as she looked at Liv and her team still retreating up the ramp. "Liv better sleep with one eye open tonight."
You turned back toward the crowd, your fists clenching as you soaked in their energy. The cheers and chants reignited the fire in your chest, and you felt more ready than ever to step into that cage with your team.
For Damien. For your friends.
For yourself.
As the four of you stood side by side in the ring, Liv turned at the top of the ramp to glare back at you. You raised your chin, making sure she saw the fire in your eyes as you mouthed two words:
"Your move."
