The professor finally walked in which got the boy to be quiet. He smells like a mix of that obnoxious gum and cologne he was just way too close for my liking.

The professor was middle aged and had horrible eyes bags. He  was wearing a wrinkled button up shirt and jeans. Poor guy looks like he climbed out of bed 5 minutes ago.

"Everyone shut the hell up please. I have a horrid headache and don't want to be here right now. Sit down."
Yah that kind of sums of college.
"He sounds like you." Joe whispers.
I roll my eyes this kid is going to get on my nerves. But he's kind of funny at least.
"Alright listen you guys have a project it's in the agenda for the class online so find a partner it needs to be done before Christmas break."

I can already feel Joey's eyes burning into the side of my head. He's trying not to laugh.

"Well would you look at that." He grins.
"Really?"
"Come on let's be partners, it'll be fun don't worry."
"I uh already have a partner."
He crosses his arms and leans forward.
"And who might that be? I don't see anyone.."
"Ok fine I'll work with you just don't be lazy please."
"I would never."

The professor walked away and sat in the corner on a couch and started taking a nap? What the hell is this class?
Joe seen the professor fall asleep and immediately kicked his feet up on the table and leaned back watching me pull out my computer.

"Were you raised in a barn Joey?"
"What of course not. This is just comfy. You're so grumpy Ivy. Have you heard of this thing called joy?"
"You really piss me off."
"See what I mean!" He laughs pointing a pencil at me.
"You just act like a high schooler are you a freshman?"
"What? Do I really look that young?"
"Yah kind of."
"No I'm a junior. Are you a freshman? You like kinda young yourself. If not you look good for your age."
What the hell does that mean?
"What no. I'm a sophomore. Anyways focus we have work to do."

"Ok fine. I'm focusing."
"So look we just have to make a business idea and make a business plan on how we would make a million dollars."
"That's easy."
"Oh yah then what's your idea?"
"We could uh sell something."
"I think that's how a business works yah."

"Fine I don't know but we can come up with something like simple. Maybe we sell cool stuff like uh shoes."

"A clothing store?"
"Yah that could work something like that."
"Yah seems simple enough."

I'm not sure if I was happy or sad to leave that class. On one hand Joey was getting on my nerves, but he was also kind of funny. Like he wasn't being mean, but just sassy. He just seems so familiar for some reason, oh I really hope he's not one of Taylor's exes. That would be so awkward. At first I thought he was some annoying athlete kid because he was wearing an athletic shirt and pajama pants, but I'm not sure if he is now. He kind of gives that vibe though I'm not sure. I'll have to google him sometime.

I didn't really feel like eating the dining hall food so I called up Samuel and asked if we could go get chipotle. Luckily he said yes and maybe he'll pay for mine?

He didn't.
He was talking about some sorority girl he met and how he thinks she's the love of his life. Which is typical for Sam, he kind of has this thing where he's convinced every girl he likes is the love of his life. It's kind of sweet, but it's also kind of weird. 50/50 really.

"Well what about you? You told me you switched classes?"
"Oh yah you're never gonna guess what I had to deal with."
"It's just a business class Ivy."
"It wasn't that. Apparently I took this guy's seat and he confronted me about and I told him go pick another one."
"That's mean."

"No it wasn't.. anyways he insisted on sitting right beside me and now I have to do a project with him. He was messing with me the whole time and cracking jokes, I'm not sure if he's annoying, being funny, or bullying me."
"What's his name? He's probably hitting on you."
"Some kid named Joe. He didn't tell me his last name but I think it starts with a B, because he said Joey B."
Sam smiled.

"Hey I know that kid he's a great guy. He was probably just trying to be funny. He's a ray of sunshine. Don't worry about him."
"He's a little aggravating though."
"Ivy you just hate on everyone. Taylor is just as loud as he is. He's like my best friend."

"Really you've like never talked about him."
"You've never asked."
"Yah why would I?"
"Exactly so I wasn't obligated to be bring him up."
"Sometimes you get on my nerves."
"Everyone gets on youre nerves you're kind of a hateful person, you remind me of Rory Gilmore."
"How do you even know who that is?"
"Because you constantly play Gilmore Girls full blast in the living room when we were in high school."
"Oh yah."

"Yah that's what I thought."
"I thought you were gay for a second not gonna lie."
"How would me watching Gilmore girls make me gay? Plus I'm literally a football player."
"Someone's defensive." I laugh.
"I have a girlfriend!"
"You have a crush, not a girlfriend you guys have barely talked."
"She'll be my girlfriend eventually." Sam blushed.
"Ugh you sicken me."

"You're just mad I can pull."
"Again you've barely talked to her."
"Whatever. That doesn't matter."
"Pretty sure it does."

Sometimes I act like I don't like Sam but he's honestly such a great brother to have sometimes.

I also shared the project with Joey so now he can maybe do some work on it please? I don't think he has but hopefully he will soon. We have 3 weeks but it is a big project plus I really am scared to meet him outside of class. I feel like he'll do something dumb.
I told Taylor about what happened and she said she never dated him so we're lucky. But I just can't remember why he seems so familiar.
