Chapter 11

Aiden's P.O.V

After Lucy being taken by the witch we rapidly went to Aslan's camp and was greeted by the great lion. After that we have been training nonstop for weeks and Aslan's army have been preparing weapons and getting ready for a great battle to come. Aslan have been giving me private lessons about my powers to learn to control them. It still makes me laugh the way Peter holds Crystal staff. The other day he yelled at a centaur just for being beside it. But, I get it I would do the same thing is Susan had a magical staff containing her life. That was the weirdest sentence I've said in my life. But hey,when people are in love they do crazy things. ''Aiden!'' Peter yelled. ''Hey Peter,what's going on?'' I asked.''They found Susan's body'' he replied. Those four words made me loose it. I was literally lost for words. I gulped and asked Peter three words.''Is she alive?'' I asked.''yes. But-'' I cut him off. I immediately ran to Aslan's tent. I open it and see Susan resting on the bed she looks so pale. I touched her hand it was so cold. "What happened to her?" I asked Aslan. "In the middle of the might the white witch came here. She dropped Susan outside my tent with a note saying "she's the only one you will ever get back"." He explained. "Why is she so cold and pale?" I asked. Before Aslan answered he sighed with a sad look in his eyes. "The white witch put ice in her heart if not removed soon she can freeze to death" he answered. I breathed deeply."Is there anything we can do to stop it?" I asked with hope in my voice. "Well I had Edmund try to find something in that book of his" he replied. I sighed with relief and went off to find Edmund. I went to Edmund and Peter's tent and find them both looking at the book. "Did you find anything yet?" I said. "No and I've looked through the whole book at least 10 times already!" Edmund exclaimed. "Let me see the book" I ordered calmly. I traced my hand over the leather red book. I took a deep close at everything. The title was "Narnia: The prophecies". On the spine it read "volume 1". I opened the book and the wrinkled brown paper with cursive writings looked back at me. I flipped through the whole book nothing was helpful. But,the last ten pages were blank so as dumb as I was I burnt them. To my surprise it wasn't blackening, it actually revealed words. "Wow,secret pages. Good job,Aiden!" Peter acknowledged. I read the newly discovered pages and saw a way to help Susan. "Guys, I found something" I said.

CLIFFHANGER!
