Gemini adjusted his disheveled shirt, his breath still uneven. He glanced at Fourth, whose lips were still red from their heated exchange, his smirk as cocky as ever.
"This changes nothing,"
Gemini said sharply, avoiding Fourth's gaze as he grabbed his laptop bag.
"Sure it doesn't,"
Fourth replied, his voice teasing, but there was something softer in his expression as his eyes trailed after Gemini.
Gemini stormed out of the studio, his mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. Outside, the cool night air hit him like a splash of water, but it did little to clear his thoughts. He ran a hand through his hair, muttering curses under his breath.
Gemini didn't even make it to his car before Fourth's voice called out behind him.
"You're just going to leave like that?"
Gemini stopped but didn't turn around. His grip on his bag tightened.
"What else am I supposed to do, Nattawat? Apologize for something we both know shouldn't have happened?"
Footsteps echoed in the empty parking lot as Fourth caught up to him.
"Why do you always have to complicate things, P'Gem?"
"I'm not complicating anything,"
Gemini snapped, finally facing him.
"I'm trying to stop this before it gets out of hand."
"It's already out of hand,"
Fourth countered, stepping closer.
"But running away won't change that."
Gemini opened his mouth to argue, but Fourth silenced him by cupping his face, their eyes locked in a moment of raw honesty.
"Stop fighting this,"
Fourth said softly, his voice tinged with desperation.
"Stop fighting me."
Gemini's resolve crumbled. With a frustrated groan, he grabbed Fourth by the jacket and kissed him again, this time slower, deeper. The parking lot melted away, leaving only the two of them.
Gemini stood in his apartment doorway, frozen as Fourth leaned against the opposite wall. His arms were crossed, but the playful smirk on his lips was anything but casual.
"So, this is where the magic happens, huh?"
Fourth quipped, letting his eyes roam the interior as he stepped inside without waiting for an invitation.
"What are you doing here, Fourth?"
Gemini asked, exasperation laced with the faintest hint of curiosity.
Fourth shrugged, tossing his jacket over the back of the couch.
"Figured you might need some company. It's not like you'd ask for it."
Gemini closed the door a little too hard, his nerves fraying.
"You can't just follow me uninvited."
"Funny,"
Fourth said, turning to face him.
"You didn't seem to mind when I was kissing you in the parking lot."
Gemini's jaw tightened.
"That was a mistake."
"Was it?"
