Glory opened her eyes and saw the green leaves cascading turquoise light on her hammock. Where. Am. I. She thought sharply. She looked around very slowly wincing when she twisted herself. "Woah, woah, slow down Captain Of Getting Imprisoned." She snorted to cover her laugh, which made a sharp pain strike her rib. "Ouch." She said plainly.

"I wouldn't move, well, at least your waist down. One fractured rib." He said matter-of- factly.

"Wow, one broken rib? That's going to stop me doing every single thing." She said sarcastically. She liked how he stayed to watch over her, how he was always there. Glory nearly let starbursts of rose on her scales but shoved them down into an imaginary box. "Anyway, what happened? First of all there was Scarlet and kidnapping and WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE!" She clutched her head.

"Your majesty, I'd just like you to know you've only been asleep for four hours so don't let that anxiety creep in." How did he know? Sometimes she thought that he could actually read minds just to spite her. She frowned at him.

"First off, I do NOT have anxiety!" She protested. He gave her a condescending smile. Well you can eat your tail too skink brain. Glory grabbed a bandage roll and rapped it around her rib, NOT internally bleeding at all. Although it felt like it.

"Bring me work that I've missed." She ordered Deathbringer. He nodded and walked to the parcel slit. Anyway, about Fierceteeth's threats- FIERCETEETH'S THREATS!

"Deathbringer!" She shouted, he came running over, panting. It's only a short walk... how is he so out of breath? She shook her thoughts away. "Bring me my advance guards and nightwing guards." He hesitated.

"I'll be fine fourteen body-guards remember?" He sighed.

"Fine." He flew off leaving her on the pavilion. She slowly got up and walked to the front doorway, butterflies flapping, yellow, green, and a startling red, completely oblivious to the danger that was coming.
