Noah: Got Axol on our team, check. Recovered the splattershots from Desti, check. Now time to unban anime. It then cuts to Mario and Luigi's house, where the team was preparing on how to unban anime.
Axol, to the others: Alright guys, here's the plan. As we all know, violence is what caused this ban to happen in the first place.
Noah, to Bob: Yeah, Bob.
Bob, to Noah: What?! How is this my fault?
Noah, to Bob: Well, maybe if you had fired the Kamehameha anywhere else, then none of this would be happening!
Axol, to Noah and Bob: GUYS, FOCUS! I have a different plan. All we need to do is get me in front of princess Peach, so that I can convince her to unban anime.
Kiara, to Axol: but there's too many *.S.S agents! You'll never get inside.
Axol, to Kiara: just leave that to me. My inkweaver can draw any anime character. However, their lifespan and intelligence does depend on the ink, so for this to work, I'll need to use ink from my home city of Inkopolis!
Meggy, to Axol: WHAT?! You're from Inkopolis?!
Noah, to Meggy: I had the same reaction.
Axol, to Meggy: Indeed, bossy fish girl. DRAMATIC BACKSTORY! It then flashesback to when Axol was young. I was raised in Inkopolis. But Inkopolis is a harsh place for anime lovers! That's because everyone in that city hated anime.
Meggy: I guess it's in our DNA?
Adult Axol: And so... I created my special pen! Inkweaver! And with it I didn't need friends, only anime!
Boopkins, to Axol: Oh, I know that feeling, senpai.
Axol: With my current ink, I'm only using 5% of Inkweaver's power. To make the creations that I need for this plan, I'll need to use inkling ink. This'll unlock the inkweavers power up to 50%!
Meggy: What?! No!
Saiko, to Meggy: I'm sorry Meggy, but this is the only way. Meggy then annoyingly sighs.
Meggy: FINE! She then turns into a squid, before she then puts her ink onto the floor.
Aliya: This is giving me flashbacks. Meggy then turns back into an inkling. *To Meggy* Hey Meggy, you ok?
Axol: Finally! After living in Japan, Inkling ink was so hard to come by! But now that I have it... My creations are NEAR PERFECTION! Now we need some extra hands. You said something about having an anime cartel? Saiko then presses a button, and within seconds...
Francis, to Saiko: You called for us, my anime queen?
Saiko, to Francis: yes. You're going to help Axol get anime unbanned.
Francis: AXOL! THE MANGA KING?! He and the others then surround Axol, who then draws an anime character to get them away. NANI?! We thought that Saiko-chan was the only real anime character! How did you do that?
Boopkins, to Francis: Oh, he has a special pen that uses inkling ink to make anime real (That's not going to be important later on).
Francis: Really? A magical pen?
Axol, to Francis: Arigatou, green lizard...
Francis, to Axol: Tell us loyally peasants what to do, and we shall do it! It then cuts to the heavily guarded castle, where Noah, Mario, Axol and Boopkins were keeping watch.
Noah, to Smg4: Ok Luke, everyone's in place, Go for it.
Francis: Oh boy! After this, we are going to use Axol's pen to draw so many anime waifus for us!!!
