"Mommy, Daddy keeps touching me on my prince area." The five year old boy said to his mother. Tasha, having fully heard what he said furrowed her brows at the child.

''What are you talking about? Stop lying on your father. you know damn well he aint do no shit like that to you." She said to him as her face twisted up into a scowl. She was over the bullshit he was telling her.

"Yes he did. He was in my room last night. I'm not lying." He said to her, begging her to believe him and she just rolled her eyes, shook her at him, and walked away.

She didn't believe him. She knew her husband would never do that to their son.

"What the hell is your mom talking about? You're accusing my son of doing what to you exactly?" The now fifteen year old boy was at his grandmother's house sitting on the couch as she stared down him.

"What did she say to you?" He kept his focus on the TV with a blank face, not bothering to look at her as he felt the intense glare she was throwing at him. He was tired. Tired of his mom talking about what he told her. Yet, it was still happening. Ten long miserable fucking years later and his father was still raping him.

"She said that you told her that he touched you. What the hell is wrong with you child? Why are you lying on my son? Your father. He would never do something so foul." She said to him with so much hatred on her face as she believed in her feeble mind that her grandson was lying as a way to get attention or to make her son look like a terrible father.

She believed that he was just trying to be spiteful towards her son and she didn't understand why he would do such a thing.

He sighed as she walked off. The sound of her heels clicking against the floor becoming softer and softer until he heard nothing at all. He was finally over it. Over all of it.

He didnt have it in him anymore to say anything to try and make people believe him. So he stopped.

No one believed him so he stopped trying to make them listen. He stopped speaking entirely.

The boy cried to himself that evening. The reflection of himself through the small mirror to his right showcasing the heartbreaking sight. No one came to check on him as he cried in silence. Refusing to let them hear his pain. Not that they cared anyway.

In the end, he was left with nothing but mental scars, trauma, and his silence.

Kash woke up that morning with sweat dripping down his body. Every time he tried to sleep, the voices would keep him awake. Terrorizing him day in and day out.

It's been like this for years now. He was never able to completely shake the memories of the horrific nights he experienced as they were engraved into his mind like the writing on Tungsten.

Kash had a harsh life growing up. Being a victim of all kinds of abuse as well as being homeless at one point. He had lost all hope in life, and he was gonna end it all if it wasn't for one day in particular.

Kash sat on the edge of the bed before reaching under and pulling out the large shoe box from under it. When he opened it, the familiar trinkets from his past graced his eyes.
