One year ago yesterday, in fact, I wrote my first chapter of my first novel right here on Wattpad. Little did I know it would change my life.
I'm weeks away from publishing my first novel for mainstream on Amazon, if all goes to plan. It's a new updated version of Unexpected Love. More on that when I have the publication date.
But today I'm celebrating. Honestly, I had forgotten what day I first published here until I read a comment that lead me to the date. I'm so grateful for each of you that have read my stories. You've helped me move past the pain of widowhood and find a new career path. Well, that's my dream anyway. We shall see if I can make that happen successfully.
On this date one year ago, I woke up and had 8 readers and was over the moon. One year later, my stories have gained over 125,000 readers, a Watty Award nomination and a new plan for my life. I'm incredibly grateful for the love!
