The girl next to Harmony is Morgan, Stalyn's oc little sister. And the boy next to Varian is King Trevor's oc nephew, Trevor the 3rd.
Morgan appears in the two chapter based off "Beyond Corona's Walls" part 1 & 2. After the Baron announcement of Stalyn's re-engagement to Eugene, she sees Varian and falls in love with him. When Rapunzel and Harmony crash the wedding to save Eugene, while bringing Varian along, Morgan persuades him to join her, which he he refuses, but she has him seized by the Baron's guards. While the Harmony and Morgan over him, Dasiy flys into Morgan's making her let go of him and run off.
In the chapter based off "King and Queen of Hearts", Trevor the 3rd arrives with King Trevor to woo Arianna and Harmony. When they take the two "Sea Serpent Watching/taking them outside the inner-kingdom waters, where rules and marriage don't apply, Trevor the 3rd purposes to Harmony, with jewelry, which she ultimately turns down. When that fails, with help from his uncle, he gets Harmony to dance with him. When Varian, having arrived with Rapunzel and co, manages to get on King Trevor's barge, Trevor the 3rd kisses Harmony right in front of him. Although stunned at first, an angered Harmony hits Trevor the 3rd with frying pan, knocking him out.
