The rummaging of steel came to a stop and I was thrown forward with an immense force.

My hands clung to the metal which felt like daggers on my vulnerable fingers.

The cold made itself clear as it cut through the thin layer of skin. Giving a signal to the nerves who led it to my brain, a sense of pain.

My concentration on my hands lost quickly, the effect of this was clear as nausea tended to return to my throat and the inside of my mouth.

I let it.

Throwing up wasn't really the most pleasant experience, but I couldn't live with this for the next eternity that was bound to be my fate.

The last drops of saliva mixed with puke dropped down into the eternal shaft. The sound of coughing echoing off the walls.

It was followed by a clang as I threw my body back against the raw metal fence. Reality hit me like another wave of coldness.

How long would I be stuck here?

My silence was met with an immediate answer as another loud noise reflected itself off the walls. Another bang, another and another.

The cage that held me didn't move, where could this sound come from?

Another answer came into daylight as sun rays hit my face.

Letting go of the steel fence was a relief, my blood stained fingers were freed as I put my arm in front of my face to block out the immense light.

I heard voices as the fence was glided open.

"Look at the shank"
"Dude it smells like feet down there!"
"Looks like a klunk in a T-shirt"
"This shuck face fell asleep late"

Some of the voices laughed, some were saying stuff that I had never known of.

I did notice that they were making fun of me.

What was meant with 'falling asleep late'? What effect did it have upon my arrival in this elevator?

Breathing was difficult as my throat was ragged from the sourness of my nausea. It didn't go well with the panic flashing before my eyes in this suddenness of change.

I slowly sank my arm down further, eventually letting it rest on my lap.

Around fifty guys were staring right at me like I was some caged animal.

Which kinda referred to what I was around two minutes ago. Trapped inside a metal box keeping its shape by stone cold steel fences.

I squinted my eyes since the light started to burn them. Who were these people and who am I?

Out of a sudden a shock was felt in the cage, I snapped out of my daze to see a dark skinned guy, he wore some ragged clothes, muscles shown from underneath, he looked tall and he was bald. It did sort of suit his looks though.

"Hi greenie, my names Alby" said the dude, he had an average voice. He held his arm outstretched for me to grab his welcoming hand.
