A firm hand met my shaky and torn one, it send a warmth through my once senseless nerves.

Alby helped me stand up, though it wasn't such an easy progress as my legs were ragged from the steel.

I felt like collapsing and throwing up again as I nervously shot looks around this crowd.

All guys my age stared at me, some looked dangerous, some had a look of empathy and some didn't bother to even stare.

A rope was thrown down by another guy, whom's face I couldn't see.

The dark skinned boy nodded at me and grabbed the rope. Hoisting us up in the matter of seconds.

Another jab of pain ran through my nerves as my feet came in contact with cold hard stone. I stumbled and finally stood on my own.

The crowd began murmuring and chuckling at me, I was afraid.

They also say fight or fled. I fled.

Running felt like I was stepping on needles that were big enough to send themselves through my entire body in a constant pace.

Grass and tree lines started blurring in the corners of my vision as I ran faster, hoping to escape this nightmare.

Tears entered my view and made it difficult for me to know on what surface I was running.

I tripped

Tumbled

And shed a tear.

My legs gave up on me as soon as my foot came in contact with a rock the size of my palm. It twisted my ankle and send me rolling on the grass underneath.

My hearing was covered with a ringing sound. Making the background voices fuzzy.

I wanted to disappear at this point, sink into the ground that I laid on.

Curled up and scared.
