Chapter 16

Thea's POV:

"Hi" Thea started, a bit worried and happy Henry was actually here. She didn't know if Henry could help or will help her with Davina's problem. 

"I need your help with something." 

"Ouch, so you didn't do this cause you wanted to meet me but for my help, I am hurt Darling." Henry dramatically said. 

Thea rolled her eyes while trying not to smile and asked "Okay drama queen will you help me?"

 "Anything for you Darling." Henry stated. 

"I am in New Orleans for some work and I need your help with some witch work."

 "New Orleans? I love that place but why are you there?" He enquired, confused and worried for his mate.

 "I am okay, don't worry and I am here for some supernatural business. So can you help me?" Thea assured Henry and asked him hoping he would have a clue because at this point Henry is her only hope.

 "Sure darling, what is it you need?" 

"What do you know about the Harvest that takes place once every 300 years in New Orleans?" Henry's eyebrow quirked up at Thea's question. 

"It is a ritual that includes a sacrifice of 4 young girls. The New Orleans witches do it to strengthen the connection between the living witches and their dead ancestors since they draw magic power from them. Not ideal but their only way." 

"Is there a way to break the connection between a New Orleans witch and their ancestors without her losing her powers?" 

"Which Harvest girl are you trying to protect?" Henry amusedly asked while smirking.

 "Is there a way or not?" Thea pressed as she didn't want to give any information away.

 "Is it the Claire Witch or the Devereux witch?" Thea was confused by how Henry could exactly pinpoint this. 

Watching her confused face Henry replied "I lived in New Orleans for some time and those two bloodlines have powerful witches. If something as big as a harvest is going to take place then witches from those bloodlines will be included." 

Thea sighed and replied "The Claire witch. I want to help her because she is 15 maybe and the ancestors are going to take advantage of the harvest, so I want to break the connection she has to her ancestors without her losing her magic." 

"Yes there is a way for you to break the connection but you need a power house to do it, it's a long process. Also, these witches are vengeful and won't let go of their own. You have to leave as soon as the connection is broken and you have to do it in a place where you can just take the girl and leave as soon as you are done but also in New Orleans. The Claire witch will be unconscious for 15 hours or less." 

"I have a vampire friend who can help me with this. I will be doing all this on the last day so I can take her and move. What is the process?"

 "You need a lot of ingredients, I will send you the list and spell from my witches in a few minutes. Be careful!"

 "Thank you." 

After Henry disappeared, Thea moved to the boys room and told the 3 everything that happened. "So how are you going to do everything? It needs to be perfectly planned and executed, otherwise not only the 4 of us but Davina and the wolves will also be in trouble." Jeremy nervously enquired. 

"I have a plan. We spent a day in New Orleans and if everything goes according to the plan then we can complete everything in 3 days and leave New Orleans. You guys remember how Marcel said the best time for the wolves is 3 to 6, I was thinking, the 4 of us will meet the wolves and convince them. Then we will go to the quarter and get the ingredients needed to break the curse and the connection. Then we will wake Freya up. The rest of the day we will be doing nothing. The day after from 3 to 6 we will break the wolves curse, the same day I will call Davina, we will break her connection and leave New Orleans once and for all. How does that sound?"
