The group made their way to a hidden fortress on the outskirts of the city, where more allies awaited. As the doors opened, Kei and Ignis found themselves face-to-face with an eclectic team of heroes: Starfire, Beast Boy, Catwoman, and Deadshot.
"This just keeps getting weirder," Ignis muttered, eyeing Beast Boy as he morphed into a hawk and perched on Starfire's shoulder.
Starfire smiled warmly. "New friends are always welcome in our fight against evil."
Catwoman smirked, twirling her whip. "Let's see if they can keep up."
Kei stepped forward, her expression serious. "We're not here to play games. Tell us what we're up against."
Ares stepped into the center of the room. "The Time Freezer is only a pawn. A greater force is at work—one that threatens all of existence. If we don't act now, every timeline, every dimension, will fall into chaos."
Kei and Ignis exchanged a glance.
"Looks like we're in the right place," Kei said.
Ignis grinned. "Let's save the universe."
