Chapter 16~

~~~Vic's POV~~~

Kellin lays in my arms, fast asleep. I look at the clock to my left to see that its barely 6 am. I can't believe he's finally mine, my life just seems too perfect.

I've been thinking about my brother a lot lately, I really think I miss him. Maybe I could call him later today and ask if he'll stay with me and Kells. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to get away from mom.

I rub my eyes attempting to get used the the bright rays of sun. I sigh in frustration, today's going to be busy. I place a kiss on Kellin's forehead then slowly make my way out from underneath him. I place the blanket neatly over him to make sure he's still comfortable.

I go straight up to the room to grab some clean clothes. I grab a plain pair of black skinny jeans, a tribal tank top and other necessary items. I step into the bathroom and undress.

I look at my thighs in amazement. My scars have faded extremely fast in the past week or so. I strangely feel proud of myself for baring with the urge to hurt myself. Kellin makes me feel normal and happy.

I step into the hot running shower and bathe myself. I get lost in my thoughts by mid-shower. I started humming a random tune. then came some lyrics. I soon snapped out of my little daze then suddenly couldn't recall the tune or lyrics I had just sung.

I finish my shower, turn the water off then step out. I towel dry my hair and body then quickly get dressed. I let out a yawn just before leaving the bathroom. Feeling much more refreshed than before, I start to head down the stairs and into the kitchen.

To my surprise Kellin is preparing two cups of coffee and some pancakes. He doesn't notice me yet, thankfully.

I quietly come up behind him and forcefully crash my lips into his neck while wrapping my arms around his waist. "Good morning, babe." I whisper into his ear.

I can sense he's smiling which sends warmth through my body. I release the smaller boy from my grip so I could properly kiss him goodmorning.

"Good morning, dear." His words made me melt like butter. The nickname made me blush which caused me to kiss him more.

I help Kellin carry our coffee and pancakes to the table. I shove mouthfuls of pancake down my throat followed by gulps of coffee. I hadn't realized how hungry I was until now. I stopped and froze as a random thought ran through my head.

"Hey Kells, can we talk about something?" My voice was laced with concern.

"Yeah, of course." I could hear concern in his voice.

"Uhm, do you think it could be possible that my brother comes and lives with us? I realized I need him in my life, I just really miss him." I started to trail off at the end.

"Yeah, he can have the spare room."

I was purely shocked my his response. I was sure this would be a much bigger deal than what it was.

"Great, I'll call him in a few hours I guess." I had finished my breakfast and rinsed my dishes.

Multiple episodes of adventure time later, it was time to call Mike. I dial his number in my phone and slowly press the call button. Beads of sweat form on my forehead as the ringing goes on. Finally he picked up.

"Vic?! Where are you?! Are you okay?!" Guilt starts building up inside me as I realize Mike had no idea where I've been.

"Oh, hey Mike." I didn't answer any of his questions on purpose. " I was just wondering something."

"What is it, Vic?" Mike sounded sad, but happy at the same time. It didn't quite make sense.

"Will you come stay with me and Kellin?" No one will know where we are, and its really nice here."

"Dude.... I will only under one condition..." He sounded too serious.

"And that is?" Annoyance filled my voice.I knew it wasn't going to be anything serious.

"We have to party all the time!" His voice was finally filled with joy and excitement, like the normal Mike he knew.

I quickly went over the address and told him to bring everything he needed. My life was finally getting amazing like everyone said it would. I never believed it would get better, not until now.
