It felt like I was in a living nightmare. Every morning I woke up, I had about 15 seconds of bliss when everything felt like normal, until I remembered that my brother was dead. The only family I had left was gone.

I had been either staying at the Chateau or sleeping over at Kie's, I didn't have to worry about the DCS coming to get me because technically Ward was still my legal guardian, and they didn't know what else has been happening behind the scenes. Like him killing my father. Framing my brother for a murder he didn't commit. Forcing me to lose my only family and one of my closest friends.

School was starting again soon and I honestly was looking forward to it in a way, it would keep my mind busy and occupied. There was too many disturbing things in my head, obviously my brother and Sarah, but also Rafe. I couldn't get him out of my head. The image of him pulling the trigger on the gun, or of him laying on the ground covered in blood, or of his head between my thighs.

The last imagine was becoming more prominent in my mind. I would zone out for however long as the scene played over in my head like a broken record.

I hadn't seen him since I last found him talking to himself outside of Tannyhill, and I was quite nervous to bump into him because I have no idea what I would say to him. I have no proof that he killed Peterkin, but who knows what another eye witness might add to the case. But then if I told the police, I would have no legal guardian again and I would be on my way to foster care. No thank you.

So here I stood, outside Tannyhill once again, but with Pope and Kie. JJ was at work and I had just finished my shift, so I met them here to see that Kie had a spray paint can.

"Okay, I'm not sure, but I think they can see us from up there." Pope said as he looked ahead to the Cameron house.

"Who cares? Should be glad I'm not setting the house on fire." Kie said as she spray painted the word 'Murderers' on the wall.

"Okay, well, can you just hurry up?" Pope asked her as he started to get anxious, I just stood there in a daze and watched her. "Look, doesn't it piss you off, even a little?" Kie said to Pope and I huffed, "Of course it pisses me off, I'm just— I'm just trying to channel my rage into different vectors right now."

I squinted my tired eyes as I saw a figure appear on the balcony, my heart dropped when I recognised Rafe immediately.

"Hey, I think somebody's up there." Pope said and my eyes were focused on Rafe.

"Shit. It's Rafe."

"Look, we know what you did!" Kie yelled at him and I tried to hush her, "Kie, shut up!"
