A six year old Vera runs to her father,"Dad!"she cries.
Madoc who had just came back from picking up Vivienne,Taryn and Jude picks her up."Who are they?"Vera asks her father just taking notice of the three girls behind her father.; their eyes look red from crying
The tallest girl has cat-slit golden eyes identical to Madoc's and the two other girl look the same,like twins.

"They,Vera, are your sisters"Madoc said,he points to the tallest and oldest one,"this is Vivienne"he then points to the two identical twins,"and they,are Taryn and Jude"

Vera nods in understanding,"You look very pretty"she said pointing at Jude

Jude's Pov:
The girl who I know now as my sister,Vera, points at me and told me that I look very pretty,"Thank you,you too"I replied,she indeed looked very pretty, gorgeous even.Vera has pointed ears just like Vivi's, wavy silver hair,pale but not too pale skin (if that makes sense),and her beautiful ocean blue eyes.

"She is definitely a faerie"I whisper to Taryn and Vivi

"D'you reckon she'd be a good sister?"Vivi asked(are they British?)

"She doesn't seem bad,she looks so sweet and she is very pretty"Taryn said
"They all do"Vivi said

Vera's Pov:
I sat on a cushion as Tatterfell,one of the imp who works as a servant in the Madoc household braids my hair while I read a book."Why didn't my mother want me?"I asked out of a sudden.

"She has her reasons."Tatterfell replies

I never knew my mother,my father,Madoc,said that after she gave birth to me,she ran away and he took me in;yes I am a full-blooded faerie.After all my mother was just Madoc's fling,and I was just an accident.Still I'm forever grateful that Madoc took me in and did not abandon me like my mother.I still think of her,is she alive?or is she dead.Faeries may be immortal but in a world like this, you'd never know when someone will drive a sword straight to your heart.But whoever my mother was she looks like me,if I looked nothing like my father,I look everything of my mother.(Genetics 🧬)
She dresses me in mint-green velvet."good luck,I gotta go to your sister now"

I nod.I took a self-conscious look in the mirror;I like it,it is a braid on each side of my head pulled back,followed by another braid.(Sorry if the explanation is horrible,I'm not a hair expert)As the high kings general,my father was away often, fighting for the crown.Though all that,he taught all of us swordplay-obviously,he is a godamn general for gods sake-he personally taught us the art of fighting with the cutlass and dagger,the falchion and our fist,I personally like the dagger,it's small and can come in handy-I have a collection of them-though that,I specialize in poison,yes, poison.
I started reading about poison-like blusher mushrooms that in small doses causes paralysis and in larger ones,death and wraithberries which makes your heart race until it stops.-when I was 7,I started for fun but slowly I got more and more interested,and naturally wanted to learn more.(Crappy explanation I know but you get what I'm tryna say)
I walk out of my room to find Taryn rushing into Jude's room,"Nice braids."I hear her say
I walk in,"Yes,it's beautiful.In fact,both of you look gorgeous"I say(not like Percy Weasley in harry potter though.Its in a very Vera way;which is idk)

Taryn is dressed in crimson velvet.Her hair is let loose-long chestnut curls that fly behind her like a capelet,a few strands braided with gleaming silver thread and Jude,dressed in sapphire velvet,and braid that make her look as though she has horns.(That's all they said in the books)

"Thanks Ver(Vair)"Taryn said and hopped onto the bed beside Jude who said,"thanks,you too"in which I smiled in return

Jude sat up and looked in the mirror,"I like them"she says
