Rory and Logan live a few houses down from Luke and Lorelai in Stars Hollow with their young son, Freddy. Rory looked out the window of her cozy home, watching the last of the autumn leaves flutter to the ground. Thanksgiving had always been significant, but this year felt different. It was their first time hosting, and the house was filled with the aroma of roasted turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie.

Logan arrived home carrying a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers. "Hey, Ace," he greeted Rory. "Happy Thanksgiving."

"Happy Thanksgiving, Logan," she replied, giving him a warm hug. As they walked into the dining room, Freddy toddled around, his laughter filling the air. Dinner began with the usual pleasantries, and Logan handled questions from Lorelai about his intentions with Rory with grace. The atmosphere grew more relaxed, and they moved to the living room for dessert and coffee.

As they sat together, Rory leaned in close to Logan. "Thank you for being here," she whispered.

Logan smiled. "There's nowhere else I'd rather be. I love you, Rory."

Rory's heart swelled with happiness. Surrounded by family and the warmth of the holiday, she realized just how much she had to be thankful for.

As everyone arrived at Rory and Logan's house, the atmosphere was lively and warm. Richard and Emily were the first to walk in.

Emily: "Rory, your home is absolutely beautiful."

Rory: "Thank you, Grandma. Please, come in."

Honor and Josh followed, greeting everyone cheerfully.

Honor: "Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!"

Rory: "Happy Thanksgiving! Make yourselves comfortable."

Then, Mitchum, Shira, and Elias entered, adding to the crowd.

Mitchum: "This place looks great, Rory."

Rory: "Thanks, Mitchum. Glad you could all make it."

Chris and Gigi walked in next, and Rory's smile faltered slightly when she saw Sherri with them.

Rory: "Dad, what's going on? Why is Sherri here?"

Chris: "Rory, Sherri wanted to spend the holiday with Gigi. I hope it's alright."

Rory, feeling a wave of anxiety: "Um, yeah, sure. It's just... unexpected."

Sherri: "Rory, I didn't mean to intrude. I just wanted to be with Gigi today."

Rory, trying to stay calm: "It's fine. Let's just enjoy the day."

Logan noticed Rory's discomfort and came over to support her.

Logan: "Alright, everyone! Drinks are in the kitchen, and we've got plenty of space to catch up."

The house filled with conversation and laughter, but Rory found herself needing a moment to breathe. She stepped into a quieter room, hoping to steady her nerves and enjoy the day.

As Rory took a moment to herself, Logan followed her into the quiet room.

Logan: "Hey, are you okay?"

Rory: "Yeah, I just needed a minute. It's a lot to take in."

Logan: "I get it. Let's just focus on enjoying today, okay?"

Rory nodded, feeling a bit more at ease. They rejoined the group, where everyone was starting to settle in.

As Rory and Logan rejoined the group, the atmosphere was still buzzing with excitement. Rory felt a bit more at ease now.
