[Valhalla – ??? ]In a mysterious chamber in which you followed Brunhilde into after Rasputin's death, you lurk as the cold and ever-so-distant Valkyrie clenches her fists so tightly that you can hear her fingers crack
The dim light that is ever present even without any aperture in the chamber makes the scene somber and grievous, a strange locale for Brunhilde hang around, a secret spot for her to show her true emotions
She starts sniffling, unable to hold it in any longer, you think to yourself if you should step ahead and ask, or if it's best to leave her alone
You silently continue your musings as Brunhilde reaches for some sort of kettle amidst the darkness of the chamber, carrying it further ahead into the darkness, the cryptic object faintly illuminating the surroundings in a soft bluish light
As she pours the liquid into what appears to be a teacup on a pedestal, an image lights itself up, an ethereal image of Rasputin's bust with "Empathy" written along with it, floating just above the cup
Brunhilde: I know you are here, Y/n – She puts the kettle back where it was, wiping her tears with her sleeve – You shouldn't take me for a fool, you know
Y/n: Sorry, I couldn't keep my worries to myself – You reveal yourself, coming from behind a pillar – I was hoping I—
Brunhilde: I told you once, I'll tell you again – She scoffs – Don't hang around us Valkyries too much, the other gods will notice
Y/n: They already did, Thor threatened me, Loki tried to spy on me – You cross your arms – Your folks aren't exactly the friendliest of the bunch
Brunhilde: Just because they're Nordic doesn't mean they're my family – She turns her back on you, frowning – Many of their tales are lies, and you know that
Y/n: If we are to work on the plan together, you should at least not be so offended with everything I say – You pop a hard candy into your mouth – Listen, I get you have this whole deal of being the frontline and stuff, it's stressful, but you don't give yourself enough time for to grieve!
Brunhilde: This is no time for grief, we have to keep our minds clear and focused on our goal – She folds her hands in front of herself, now taking her usual cold composure – The absolute truth won't unravel itself
Y/n: That's what I get for wanting a better work bond... – You put your hands in your pockets – Tell you what, when will I fight?
Brunhilde: I haven't decided yet – She sighs – The only thing I am sure is that Gengis Khan will be the next, to put some more pressure on the gods, see if they realize how screwed they are.
Y/n: Who will fight him though?
Brunhilde: Whichever god they put up against him, if I were to guess, Hades is next – She starts marching over to the exit, you follow suit – I won't explain my whole strategy, neither advancements on my plan, but you're smart, and I know you'll figure everything out soon enough
The exit opens itself again, leading back to Brunhilde's bedroom
Brunhilde: Now get your ass out my bedroom! – She ushers you out, as the secret chamber seals itself again leaving no trace of its existence – Sneak in once again and I'll kill you!
Y/n: Sheesh, calm down – Walking out of Brün's room, you stumble upon Goll, who quite literally bumps headfirst onto you – Well if it isn't babyface! Whatcha doin'?
