Third Person's POV:
Sasuke and Sakura were traveling together on a mission far from Konoha. The journey had been long and arduous, but neither could have anticipated the life-altering news that awaited them: Sakura was pregnant with Sasuke's child. The realization left them both stunned and uncertain, especially so far from home.
Sasuke, normally composed, felt a profound sense of responsibility settle on his shoulders. They were alone, with limited resources, and Sakura's wellbeing was his priority. After some thought, he decided to reach out to the one person he trusted outside Konoha—Karin. Despite their complicated history, Sasuke knew she possessed the skills they needed and would help if he asked.
When they arrived at Orochimaru's hideout, Sasuke wasted no time.
“Sakura is pregnant, and I need you to take care of her until she gives birth,” he said plainly, his tone brooking no argument.
Karin’s crimson eyes widened in disbelief. “You got her pregnant, and now you want me to deal with it?!” she snapped, glaring daggers at him. “This isn’t a hospital, Sasuke! And for the record, I’ve never done this before!”
Sasuke stood his ground, his arms crossed. “You’re the only one I can trust right now. Sakura needs help, and you’re more than capable.”
Karin groaned, running a hand through her red hair in frustration. “Fine. But if this goes wrong, it’s all on you.”

Several months passed, and under Karin's care, Sakura’s pregnancy progressed without complications. But as the day of delivery arrived, tranquility gave way to chaos.
Sakura clutched her swollen belly, her breathing ragged as a sharp wave of pain coursed through her. “It’s happening,” she managed, sweat dripping down her face.
Karin immediately sprang into action, barking orders with uncharacteristic urgency. “Sasuke! Get water and towels—now! Move it!”
Without hesitation, Sasuke vanished down the hall, returning moments later with the supplies. Karin knelt beside Sakura, her hands steady despite the tension.
“Alright, forehead girl,” Karin muttered, trying to mask her nerves with sarcasm. “Let’s do this. Don’t you dare pass out on me!”
Sakura let out a sharp cry as the labor intensified, her grip on Karin’s hand nearly crushing. Hours passed in a blur of agony and effort until finally, a piercing wail filled the room.
“It’s a girl,” Karin announced breathlessly, handing the baby to Sasuke.
Sasuke’s stoic mask slipped as he cradled the tiny newborn in his arms. “You’re here, Sarada,” he murmured, his voice soft and reverent.
Before they could savor the moment, Sakura cried out again, her body tensing with a second wave of contractions.
Karin’s eyes widened in shock. “Wait—there’s another one?!”
Moments later, another cry echoed in the room. Karin carefully lifted the second baby, her astonishment evident. “Twins. Both girls,” she said, handing the newborn to Sasuke alongside her sister.
Sasuke held both infants, his expression uncharacteristically tender. One girl had dark eyes that mirrored his own, while the other had Emerald green ones, a reflection of Sakura.
Exhausted but smiling, Sakura looked up at him. “What will we name them?”
He gazed down at the twins, his voice quiet but firm. “Sarada and Sayuri.”
Karin leaned against the wall, catching her breath. “You two better not mess this up,” she muttered, though her tone carried an undertone of begrudging pride.
Sasuke glanced at her, his gaze sincere. “Thank you.”
Sakura, weak but steady, whispered, “I want them to be safe, Sasuke. Safe from everything.”
He nodded, his resolve like steel. “They will be.”
As the night settled around them, the weight of their new reality began to sink in. Sasuke held his daughters close, silently vowing to protect them no matter the cost. For the first time in a long while, his path forward felt clear.
