LEVI

Today was departure, I was so nervous. I haven't spoken to Astor since Tuesday, but I can feel the awkward tension.

Thankfully I don't have to sit next to him on the plane, I'll be sitting between John and Theo and as long as they have their little toys or iPad, anything to keep them busy then I'm chilling. I already made my playlist, packed in 4 books, and am still trying to mentally prepare myself. We leave at 2, which means we left the house at 9am, my room is a mess, and Mama won't stop reminding me to clean it. I started playing games on my phone while we waited for the Cohen family. They were always late, and it was already 1pm.

They finally arrived at 1:30 while everyone was still boarding. They were the last people to enter, but as I was making a little set up for myself, I felt those intense eyes on me. I looked up and hit him with a questionable look. He spoke, but my music was too loud, and I was not going to let this man disrupt my music time. He took my headphones off, in which my response was the dirtiest look I could ever give, and all he did was laugh. That is what I seem to do to him lately, make him laugh, he better not think that I'm some kind of joke.

"Sua mãe disse que seus irmãos devem sentar com Harley e eu e Daniela temos que sentar com você, se estiver tudo bem, Vossa Alteza" He said

I nodded my head and told the twins, the arrangement, they gleefully got up and sat with Harley even though they practically begged to sit with Pacho but Pacho unwilling said no because there has only been one seat next to him and Val, and Bernado already took it. Poor Nado, he believes that's the quietest place, but he's wrong. He's sitting next to the biggest yappers that I know.

I moved to the window seat and began my procedure of making my space comfortable. Astor sat next to me, and Daniela sat in the aisle seat because she's scared of heights. What kind of sick person invites themselves to a family vacation that she hadn't even known about a few weeks ago. Let's just say Aunty Louise is pissed.

Astor shot me a signature smirk of his, which I just turned away and looked out of the window, hoping this flight would take no longer than 2 seconds. I take my headphones off to listen to the air stewardess and put my phone on airplane mode. I took out Binding 13 and began reading it. The plane took off, and we were in the sky. Daniela kept on talking and talking, which I kindly (not) told her to shut up, and Astor asked me what my problem was. I told him that it was none of his concern when she left to go to the toilet, and he began with his questions again.

"What was that all about?" He asked

"Nothing," I said

"If you have a problem, spit it out. I don't want your stink attitude to mess up this vacation", He replied

"The only stink attitude is the one of your girlfriends because firstly she had no right to invite herself and you didn't even against it, then she could actively see that I am trying to read but she continues speaking about the most irrelevant things that you're not even listening about so really I think you should maybe think about that. And while we're having this dispute, I'm moving seats."

I get up and move to the rows at the back.

"Nado, can we swap seats, please? I'll pay you 10 bucks," I bribed

"I would've done it for free," he said as he got up and waited for his money.

The smart rascal, I gave him his money and fetched my things from my previous seat and sat next tot Pacho, the look that Astor gave me was a look of regret but sometimes that boy took way too long to say his apologies. I couldn't read again after all the pent-up anger, so I tried falling asleep, which was successful, and Pacho woke me up when we landed. I was so excited until I saw the weather.
