I walked next to Ava and Liz. They seem to be in their own world, a sickly sweet world. Liz turns to me. "Where's the three that follow you around?." She smiles softly. "Oh uh embry is with the pack getting ready and Bella and Edward are with Jacob to go up on the mountain." I shrug.
"So why aren't you with them?." "And why wasn't you at the house last night with Edward and Bella?. Not like you was with us hunting." I huff at Ava and Liz questions. They're both nosey as hell. Definitely perfect for each other, I roll my eyes. "Edward and Bella don't need me there to set up the tents and stuff I will meet them up there later on tonight. Embry needs to focus for tomorrow, plus I don't feel like dealing with the Edward and Jacob feud."
"If you was Bella who would you choose?." Liz smirked at me as she wrapped an arm around my neck. "Neither." I answer and push her arm off me and sped off. I sigh as I lean against a tree. I feel the world spin for minute before it goes and I'm fine again.
I decided to go hunt till I need to go meet up with Bella and Edward.
Time skip
I hear Bella and Edward talking. She's cold. I unzip the tent and Bella tries to give me a small smile. She's shaking. Edward looks at me with a miserable expression. It's not his fault. "We might be to high up." I say as I sit close to Bella. She grips my hand. I go to pull away when she shakes her head. "Your hand is warm." She said and I rise an eyebrow at that. Since when am I warm?.
I nod and get closer to her and she lays her head on my legs. She's still cold though. Suddenly the tent opens and Jacob is coming in. "Can't sleep with all that teeth chattering." He says.
"Yea she's cold." I answer lowly. He nods at that. He moves to get closer when Edward stops him by grabbing his shoulder. I lay down and Bella wraps her arm around me. "It's cold and that's coming from me Edward." I hear Bella let out a little chuckle as she holds me tight. It feels nice to be in her arms.
Edward lets Jacob lay down behind Bella. I can feel the heat from Jacob. His hand accidentally touched me since Bella was holding me close to her and Jacob holding her close to him.
I see Edward's glare harden and I reach my hand out and he grabs it. I smile at him lightly. 'I love you' I think to him and he nods. "I love you too, forever" he says lowly.
After a while Bella is asleep and I notice that I feel exhausted for some reason like I could sleep too.
Edward and Jacob start another conversation about who Bella loves. "Jacob if she loved you she would've been with you and not me and Edward. I think it's time you focus on yourself and finding your one true mate." I said and I can feel his glare on me. "She doesn't know what she wants and if you and Edward had stayed away." "If we would have stayed away she would be dead." I say emotionless.
I close my eyes and ignore everything else. I feel light. It's like I'm in the in between. Half conscious half sleep. Maybe Alice is right to worry. What's happening to me?.
