Misa's pov

I felt tears down my cheeks. What is going on? Why does L and Light want to die my mind screamed. I manifested a first add kit and tweezers.

L pulled Light on his chest crying. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," L kept muttering over and over again."Why were you punching the glass?" Mello asked concerned as L gently held Light's hand covered in blood. "I'm sorry, It's all my fault that all of you are dead. I'm sorry," Light apologized. Mello growled. "I've told you to forget about it and stop blaming yourself you made a fucking mistake!" He shouted. L cried out again. "It's my fault I blamed him for my death," L said pulling Light more to him. "Don't leave me. Not again. Light I don't know what I'll do without you, I'm sorry,"

Mello's pov

Making towels and water I noticed Misa opening a first aid kit picking up her tweezers she hesitantly pulled the pieces of glass out. Light slightly squirms as L held him. I gently sighed feeling happier about this situation instead of the prior one. I placed the towel under his hand dipping the other one in hot water. After the glass was taken out, Misa gently pat the wet towel over the wound. "Sorry this might hurt a bit," Misa said pouring antiseptic over his hand. Light hissed in pain. "It's nearly over," L said kissing his cheek. Misa froze for a second at L's action but continued to help Light. I took out the bandages helping Misa fix it and cut it to fitting.

I manifested a bottle of pain killers and antibiotics. Misa ran downstairs getting water. Why she would go all the way downstairs to get it is beyond me. Coming back she passed the water to me. I gave L the painkiller and glass of water. Light swallowed both. I sighed feeling relief that we have done what we could.

"Light can you stand?" I asked concerned, he gave me a questioning look before nodding. Light got up but fell back down. Me and L glanced at each other. "He lost blood, He's a little light headed, plus it's been a long day." I said.

L picked him up and carried him the their room. Misa and I walked behind them to assist if they needed anything. After we left the room Misa soon started blabbering with all sorts of questions.

"Hey why is L kissing my Light? Why do they share a room? Are they a couple?" I suddently wish I let her get shot. God she's annoying. I sighed before opening my mouth. "Misa. Light hasn't seen you in ages okay. He's obviously moved on quite a bit after all he's been dead for months. Light obviously likes L, do you get that?" I asked. She nodded looking at me dreading the things I was saying.

"Now... The last thing that needs to happen Misa is you upsetting either of them. Do you understand?" I asked knowing I had to be thorough. She nodded. "But I love Light very much. What am I supposed to do?" she asked desperately.

"I think you know what you have to do. You have to let Light be happy if he wants you he will come to you and if he doesn't you have to accept that. It's unfair if you did something to break them up." I said

Misa started crying I felt bad but it's for the best. I gently hugged her before opening my mouth. "Misa didn't you see something about those two when they were alive?" I asked. "Yeah they wanted to kill each other,"She said slightly pouting. "Think about it they are extremely smart they would understand what each other were going to do before they did them even though Light kept the deathnote a secret and L was anonymous they still moved forward to figure eachother out. That means they understand eachother a lot. Don't you think? Imagine it having a brain like L or Light and for years being so disconnected by the world because they can't have a conversation with anyone on that sort of intelligence. Until they found each other. And even though they could understand each other so easily they were fated to be enemies when they were the only ones in the world that could understand each other." I said seeing her eyes fill up with shock.
