As a human, Mariposa has beautiful white skin, she has dark brown colored eyes and dark brown hair. She keeps her hair long just touching her shoulders and she has a pair of beautiful pink lips. Her most distinctive features are her lush lips and her stunning eyes.

Mutant-
In her full mutant form she resembles a fairy, her gorgeous skin is covered in beautiful light pink skin, she has stunning dark purple hair with a little white in it. Her ear turns into elf like ears. Her eyes shift from a simple brown eyes to small eyes with dark purple eyes.

She is technically 'naked' but for Hank's sake she wears clothes. She does not show anyone of full mutant form but Hank so when Mariposa meets Charles, Erik, Elijah and Moria she only shows them her half mutant form.
Mariposa has a half turn, her half turn consists of her elf ears, wings and eyes. In her half form she is not as powerful as she is in her full form.

Personality:
Mariposa is a rebelled against her family wishes her wanting her to get a husband and then become a housewife.
She instead went to college with Hank to Harvard at age ten and they both graduated age fifteen but instead of saying with Hank, she went to explore the world.
Mariposa is a very caring person to animals, she loves them much more than she loves humans or mutants but not more than Hank. Mariposa is quite childlike these childlike personality was seen when she scared Elijah Newman.
She is also very brave having confronted many dangerous animals, which most of the times learns her scars from them, but thanks to her amazing healing ability the scars all healed.
Mariposa is kind to all meet she meets, she tends to see the good in everyone but if you try to harm the people she loves your basically dead to her. She and Elijah got along very well, but when he left and turned 'Evil' Mariposa no longer cared for him.
When Mariposa is around humans she tends to be more quiet and keeps to herself, barely speaking up.
However when she is near and gets to know her follow mutant friends she is very open to herself to them. She even appears in her full mutant form as she is more comfortable.
