Location: Beneath an ancient castle in the remote English countryside.
Time Period: Decades ago, under a moonlit night.
Arthur Hellsing, the esteemed leader of the Hellsing Organization and a protector of Britain from supernatural threats, was following an ancient prophecy's trail. This prophecy hinted at an Angel, bound in the depths of time, who held sway over the delicate balance between celestial and terrestrial realms. His exhaustive research had brought him to this forgotten ruin, under which whispered legends spoke of hidden and sacred chambers.
As he descended the damp stone steps into the depths, the air grew thick with the musk of old magic and the chill of untouched spaces. The only light came from his flickering lantern, casting eerie shadows against the ancient walls. The echoing of his footsteps was a constant reminder of the isolation of this sacred place.
Deep beneath the castle, he found the chamber as described in the ancient texts: a circular room, its walls carved with intricate runes and celestial maps. In the center, a figure lay on a plush, velvet-lined bed, a stark contrast to the surrounding stone and desolation. The figure was bound by chains made of a glowing, ethereal material that seemed to exist between solid and spectral forms, attached firmly to the floor and shimmering softly in the lantern light.
The figure was a woman, her skin a deep, rich dark hue that seemed to absorb and yet reflect the light around her, creating an aura of serene majesty. Her long, flowing hair was as white as fresh snow, spreading around her like a radiant halo. Her closed eyes, framed by long lashes, flickered open to reveal irises of a stunning aquamarine, clear and piercing. Despite the chill of the underground chamber, she wore a simple summer dress, white and flowing, that hung gracefully from her frame, and she was barefoot, adding to her ethereal and unworldly presence.
Compelled by duty and awe, Arthur reached out to touch one of the celestial chains. The moment his fingers brushed against the material, a pulse of blinding light shot through the room, bringing the ancient runes to life. They told stories of creation, battles between celestial beings, and this Angel's unjust imprisonment.
As the chains fell away, dissolving into motes of light that faded into the air, the Angel sat up. Her movements were graceful, fluid, almost as if she were part of another realm where the usual laws of physics did not apply. She spoke, her voice a whisper that filled the chamber with a melody of heartbreaking beauty that seemed to communicate directly with Arthur's soul.
Introducing herself as Angel, a Celestial being imprisoned for her powers that could disrupt the natural order of life and death, she looked at Arthur with profound sadness mixed with relief. Arthur, sensing the gravity of his discovery, offered her sanctuary within the Hellsing Organization, promising to help her adapt to this new era and utilize her abilities for the greater good. In return, Angel pledged her loyalty to the Hellsing cause, her formidable powers now allied with their mission.
As they emerged from the underground chamber into the cool night, now hinting at dawn, Arthur felt the weight of history on his shoulders but also the thrill of a new chapter beginning. With Angel's resurrection, the Hellsing Organization had gained not just a powerful ally but a guardian with deep celestial connections.
