It was early in the morning, the sun hasn't even risen. Yet, you were still up. As you looked up to the clock, you saw that it was 5am. Much earlier than when you normally wake up. You sit up and stretch your body, letting out a groan.

Y/N: "Ugh... What does she want to say to me, anyway...? Hopefully it's nothing bad..."

You get out of bed and rub your eyes, going straight to the bathroom to wash up first before talking to Mococo.

You finish showering and just as you were getting ready, you hear a knock on your door...

Mococo: "Y/N... Can I come in...? You're awake, right, bau bau...?"

Y/N: "Yes, yes... I'm awake. I'll go open the door for you."

It's Mococo outside the door. You walk over and unlock the door, letting her in.

Mococo: "So... Uhm... It's about... 'That'..."

Y/N: "And... What exactly is 'that', Mococo?"

Mococo: "Ugh... You know, 'that'...!

Mococo's face starts blushing like crazy, with her tail also wagging in the process. She looks cute like this...

Mococo: "It's just... If I say it, do you promise not to distance yourself from me or something, bau  bau...?"

Y/N: "Mhm, I promise. Why would I ever distance myself from you?"

Mococo: "Okaey... It's uhm... I've had a crush on you since high school... And... I really wanna be your lover..."

Y/N: "Huh? Wait, what...? You... You've had a crush on me since... High school?! And you didn't tell me?! I've had a crush on you since middle school, you damn dummy!"

Mococo: "Haeh?! You've had a crush on me since middle school?! And don't call me a dummy! It's not my fault for not wanting to get rejected! And you didn't confess either! Don't act like you're not at fault!"

Y/N: "You know I wasn't confident at all in high school, idiot! How would I have the courage to confess to you? What if I ruined our friendship? Hm?"

Mococo: "Ugh... Just shut up and answer my question already, bau bau! Are you willing to be with me or not...?"

Y/N: "Ah... Uhm... Yeah, of course... Why would I ever reject you...?"

Mococo: "That's... Good... Then... We're official now, right...? I get to call you all types of pet names and stuff...?"

Y/N: "Maybe not yet, Mococo... Don't you think that you're going a bit too fast here with the pet names...?"

Mococo suddenly hugs you tight and buries her face into the crook of your neck, giving you a sniff. However, with the height difference, she has to tiptoe a bit to reach your neck... It's cute.

Mococo: "Mmph... Do you even know how much I've wanted to do this...? Dummy..."

You give her hair a few strokes and brush away her bangs, revealing her forehead to you. You lean in and give her a gentle kiss...

Mococo: "Ha... Haeh...?! Y/N?! What are you doing?! You can't just suddenly...! Awawa... Bau bau..."

Y/N: "Hm? What's wrong, Mococo? Getting all flustered after a simple kiss on the forehead? How are you going to handle pet names, then?"

Mococo: "It's just... Awawa... My brain is melting... I love you so much, Y/N..."

Y/N: "Yeah, yeah... I love you too, Mococo. I'm going to go cook breakfast, okay?"
