Lara groaned, "Ouch!"
Everyone in the room tried to stifle their laughter. Natsu, who had just entered, was met with the sight of Lara and Nik sprawled on the floor.
"Can I ever have a peaceful day?" he muttered to himself.
"Let's help them," Ryu suggested.
"Fine," Natsu replied.
Ryu extended his hand to help Lara up, while Natsu helped Nik. Nik looked at Natsu and thanked him with a slow nod. Natsu simply nodded in response.
Lara apologized profusely, "I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!" she repeated, her eyes closed.
Natsu cleared his throat, and Lara opened her eyes, realizing her mistake. She turned to Nik and apologized again.
Nik chuckled. "No worries, no worries. It happens," he assured her. He extended his hand and introduced himself, "I'm Nik. Nice to meet you."
Lara shook his hand. "I'm Lara. Nice to meet you too," she replied.
Nik turned to Natsu and extended his hand. "You must be Lara's manager, aren't you? It's a pleasure to meet you," he said.
Natsu shook his hand and nodded.
Ryu interjected, "He's our studio's boss's son."
