THE MYSTERIOUS BOY THAT KNEW ELEANOR, walked up to the bodyguard as eleanor sat at the bar, watching them closely. the plan was for him to distract the bodyguard and eleanor to sneak right past them. her lips were pressed together as the boy shook hands with the guard, making eleanor stand up. she walked through the crowd, a smile on her face as the men looked at her. she hated men. she knew it was because of her dress and how it was tight to her body, but they had no idea eleanor was 16.

the redhead watched as the boy and the bodyguard turned away from the door, causing eleanor to quickly sneak past them and open the door. she shut it quickly, her back to whatever was in the room. she took a breath, so far, so good. eleanor turned around to see a hallway to a black door. she dug into her purse grabbing her bubblegum, throwing one in her mouth. as she slipped through the shadows, her dress disappeared and was replaced by her suit. eleanor pulled her hood over her head as she reached the door, her hand hovering over the handle.

she pushed into the room to guns being pointed at her immediately. she put her hands up, her eyes going wide. "eleanor price." the man spoke, his back turned towards her. "i was expecting light, but this is so much better." eleanor suddenly felt someone push her forward, making her turn around to see the boy standing there. "i see you met my son, thank you jason."

jason smiled at eleanor, making her glare at him. she figured this would happen- everyone betrayed someone. he put his hand on her shoulder, keeping her from running away. "tom was busy." eleanor spoke, crossing her arms. "you have something for me."

the man turned around with a smile on his face, "i do!"

eleanor smiled, "great! hand it over and i'll be out of here-"

jason suddenly pushed eleanor forward, closer to his father.  she froze as he stepped closer to her, the smile never leaving his face. usually eleanor wouldn't be afraid, but for some reason she felt like she knew this man; and that she needed to afraid of him. his breath stunk of alcohol, gold was on his teeth, and rings covered his fingers. he lifted his hand up, putting it on her face, causing eleanor to glare at him. "you see, i don't like tom." the man spoke, "and i think killing you would make a statement."

eleanor smelled vanilla, the only thing she could really focus on. her eyes looked to the side to see candles lit. the man grabbed eleanor's jaw, making her look back at him. she couldn't show she was afraid, men like this fed off of fear. "yeah? i'd like to see you try." she spat, spitting him in the face. he backed up, making eleanor raise her hand and knock over the candles. they immediately set the carpet on fire, causing smoke to rise in the room. eleanor punched the man across the face and grabbed his gun from his pocket.  she pointed the gun at him, a smirk on her face. "where is it?!"

the man held onto his jaw, "go to hell."

eleanor smirked, "you'll be right there with me."

suddenly jason tackled eleanor to the ground, causing her to drop the gun. eleanor spun around to jason holding a knife in his hand. she moved her head out of the way of the knife, making him stick it in the floor. eleanor smiled at him before flicking her finger, causing jason to fly to the ceiling and fall next to her. eleanor stood up to the guns still being pointed at her, making her freeze. the man wrapped his arms around her body, putting a gun to her head. "nice try." he spat, his finger going over the trigger.
