"I only brought one for you Alpha. I burned the rest. You should come down and decide her fate, but also there's something about her. Her wolf size. Fur color. Strength. Scent. It's all different and definitely radiating power."

I heard Zeke's familiar voice talking on the phone. I opened my eyes to see a white room with a single window for people to look inside. I had an IV in the inside of my elbow that was clearly putting wolfbane in my system to keep me weak. My wrist and ankles are locked to the chair I'm on, still wearing my clothes before the fight. They were ripped and smelled like smoke and burning wood.

The last thing I remember before getting knocked out was my home getting burned down. Now, there was no scent of home so I knew I was far from were I wanted and needed to be. The only familiar scent I could pick up was Zeke's. He smell lingered of cinnamon and a hint of peaches that smelled different. The peaches smell more familiar, but I don't remember what.

I pulled against the locks and it made a loud noise causing Zeke to turn his attention towards me.

"Look who's awake." he smirked.

"Where am I and why am I here?" I growled struggling at the locks again.

He laughed at my stupid effort as there was no way out of the locks.

"Welcome to the New Moon Pack. You don't have long to live little girl. The Alpha's son is on his way to decide your fate."

New Moon Pack.

The same pack that ambushed my family when I was younger.

The same pack that killed my mother.

The same pack that separated my sister and I.

I growled so loud I knew it could be heard for miles. All my anger and hatred towards this pack was let out through one powerful growl even Zeke jumped back.

"Damn." Zeke looked at me with wide eyes, " that was strong."

I ignored his remark and the fact I had so many questions about the pack and why they did what they did.

"Why is the Alpha's son coming to do the Alpha's job, Zeke? Don't think he can handle me himself?" I smirked.

Zeke let out a low growl as I slightly insulted his Alpha.

"No. I'm the Beta so refer to me as Beta Zeke for you runt," he spat at me, " and since you seem interested, the Alpha is passing his title down to his oldest son in a week, because of his old age. Now, he's practicing his duties even though he's been preparing for his whole life."

I rolled my eyes at his attempt to sound full of authority.

I heard a door open. Zeke exited the room to greet the man that just walked through the door. I saw both of them do a little handshake through the window in the room.

They talked for about 10 minutes looking back at me a few times. I could only hear a few words since I was in a soundproof room I'm guessing.

The man was unmistakably stunning.

He had black messy hair that fit is face perfectly. Icy blue eyes that flickered in the light at certain angles. Tan skin tone that complimented his white smile.

Damn.

He had to be the Alpha's son.

"Hello? Did you hear me?" Zeke waved his hand in front of my face.

I snapped back to reality and didn't realize he walked in the room and the Alpha's son was staring at me through the window. I felt his powerful gaze on my face. It was almost intimidating.
