Sequel of Enhanced (An Avenger's FanFiction).
After her supposed "death", Andromeda Johnson awakens to a new world not far from the one she was used to. She is in a whole new dangerous world. A world in the brink of collapse. An enemy endangers this...
Meda leads her team to investigate a cross-dimensional anomaly tied to SCP-1427, encountering an alternate version of Commander Leon Ledford. Through displays of authority and power, Meda secures cooperation, uncovering that the anomaly houses Bujeong, an ancient consciousness created by a fallen advanced civilization. Confronting Bujeong, Meda convinces it to abandon its destructive path and work with humanity, transferring its essence into a homunculus to act as a liaison. Meanwhile, Meda negotiates with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to establish a Foundation base in the Ryugyong Hotel, emphasizing sovereignty respect and regional stability. Amidst these challenges, Meda also plans a meaningful vacation for Ji-Hu, Hoya, and Clementine, providing them a chance to reconnect with life beyond their missions.

The sharp knock on my door dragged me out of the restless haze of sleep, and I groaned, pulling the thin blanket tighter over my head. Whatever it was, it could wait. "Ji-Hu," Meda's unmistakable voice came from the other side, bright and almost annoyingly cheerful. "Get up. We're heading out." I groaned louder, not bothering to hide my irritation as I called out in Korean, "아직 새벽이에요, Meda. 무슨 일이 있어도 내일 얘기해요." (It's still dawn, Meda. Whatever it is, talk to me tomorrow.)
The door slid open with a hiss, and Meda strolled in like she owned the place—which, to be fair, she probably did. She tossed a neatly folded set of clothes onto my bed and leaned against the frame with a grin. "Family day starts now," she announced, completely ignoring my glare. I sat up, blinking the sleep from my eyes. "가족의 날? 갑자기 무슨 소리예요?" (Family day? What are you talking about?) Meda shrugged, her grin widening. "Seoul. Gyeongbokgung Palace. And, if you behave, an amusement park later." I blinked at her, wondering if I was still dreaming. "아니, 이게 무슨 말도 안 되는 소리예요? 우리가 할 일이 얼마나 많은데요." (What kind of nonsense is this? Do you know how much work we have?)
"Exactly why we're going," Meda said, crossing her arms. "Clementine's practically bouncing out of her skin, and Hoya... well, she's grumbling, but she'll survive. You, on the other hand, need this more than anyone. Now get dressed." As she walked out, I flopped back onto the bed, staring at the ceiling. "가야 할까? 이런 시간 낭비할 때가 아니잖아..." (Should I even go? This isn't the time for wasting time...) But then I thought about Clementine. Her bright eyes, her wagging tail, her boundless energy despite everything she'd endured. And Hoya—who, though she'd never admit it, could probably use a reminder of the world beyond missions and anomalies. "한 번쯤은 괜찮겠지," (Just this once should be okay,) I murmured, getting out of bed to dress.
The midday sun hung high over Gyeongbokgung Palace as I led Clementine through the towering gates. The familiar sight struck me with a bittersweet pang of nostalgia, a pull to a time long past but vividly alive in my memory. This time, however, I wasn't in my usual attire. My fingers grazed the smooth silk of my hanbok, its soft jade-green fabric shimmering faintly in the sunlight. It was over 1,500 years old, a relic of my life in Joseon, preserved carefully in my pocket dimension all these centuries. The layers wrapped around me like a second skin, comfortable yet weighted with memory.
