"How are we going to tell the others were fake dating?" JJ asks, driving back to the chateau with his new (fake) girlfriend in the passenger seat. It was dark, the street lights + the lights from the twinkie being the only sources of light across figure eight. Blythe was looking in the mirror of the van, using her handkerchief to wipe off the dried mascara from under her eyes.

Her parents made her carry around a white handkerchief with her initials everywhere because they thought it made her look proper, but she had never found it useful until now, when she needed to hide her breakdown from the rest of the group.

"We don't." Blyhte replies, shaking her head. Blythe was a very logical person, and she knew that a plan like this would be more effective if nobody knew. Not John b, not Kiara, nobody.

"Wow Blythe, you just really want everyone to think we're macking don't ya?" JJ teases, Blythe sticks her tongue out pointing at it and fake gags. She was nowhere near interested in JJ Maybank and she never would be. They would just pretend to go out for a few weeks and then fake break up and she'd be done.

"Yeah, no. Definitely not. That's literally the last thing I want, but the less people know the bigger the chances that this plan works. You know how fast rumours spread around here." she laughed to herself after the first part. She realized that a lot of people probably wont believe that Blythe and JJ are dating because of her pogue hating past. But she was willing to try anything to get back at Rafe.

Of course, as previously stated Blythe St. James did not love Rafe Cameron. In the beginning it was bliss. She really did like him. He was romantic, he loved to show her off. But then things turned sour and Blythe was constantly making a fool out of herself for staying. It only hurt when she saw him with the random blonde girl because she felt stupid. How could she let something like this happen, again? She wanted him to feel just as stupid as she did.

"Okay.. so when do we tell them we are a "thing"?" JJ asked, making air quotes with one hand as he kept the other on the steering wheel. A reasonably responsible thing for JJ to do.

Blythe took a moment to conjure a plan. They had to make this believable, which was going to be extremely difficult. How was she going to convince not just the kooks, but JJ's best friends that the two were a couple?

"Well, I say we'll tell them next week. And we spent the rest of this week together, pretending to flirt and stuff. Nothing too far." Blythe explained to a nodding JJ. He kept his eyes on the road, but his brow was furrowed and his forehead slightly wrinkled proving he was really taking everything in.
