"Wake up sweetie, it's morning," were the first sounds Ba Reum really registered, a hand softly going through his hair.

He gave a groan, and snuggled a bit more in his pillow, too comfortable to wake up completely. Sucking the paci in his mouth, he tried to curl up a little tighter, hearing a chuckle, but the hand kept on going through his hair.

"I know, it's early darling, but it's you got school," Hyuk said, amused at the way Ba Reum seemed to be unwilling to wake up.

"School?" Ba Reum asked, feeling confused all of the sudden, knowing that he wasn't supposed to be here when he had a school day.

"Yeah. You slept over at mommy's, remember?" Hyuk asked, now a little worried that Ba Reum might not be big, but he remembered from the first time that the little had stayed over that it had been a bit difficult for him to wake up enough to orient himself the first few minutes, so he gave the little the benefit of the doubt.

"Oh, right," Ba Reum said, opening his eyes slightly and blinking sleepily, the paci falling from his mouth, "should get up."

"I'm afraid it's about time for that," Hyuk said, and Ba Reum felt himself be lifted by the large caregiver, his brain trying to wake up a little more to make sense of the situation.

"I...I'm sorry I got little without warning," Ba Reum said when he was put on the changing table, "I'm big now."

"I figured as much," Hyuk said, still opening up the sleeper before he tackled the wet diaper, carefully ripping the tabs open and drying the still red skin. But it was looking better than before, "you shouldn't be sorry. It really isn't a problem, and detective Ko seemed to like the company as well."

"Oh," Ba Reum answered, not really knowing how to answer that.

He stayed lying on the changing table while he felt Hyuk wipe the entire area, the man leaving no place untouched and then the salve came, and once again the caregiver proved to be rather thorough.

Hyuk was determined to use every opportunity to make sure the rash would disappear as quick as possible, and he added a very generous layer of salve before he took a clean diaper and put it under Ba Reum, after which he just pulled the front end between the legs and closed it once again.

Once sure that it sat on Ba Reum correctly, he helped the little in his clothes, enjoying the small actions.

"You know I can do it on my own," Ba Reum said, already having stepped in his pants and realizing that he was big enough to just dress himself.

"I know, but we're nearly done," Hyuk said, pulling the shirt over Ba Reum's shirt, "now, we should have enough time for some breakfast, and then I can bring you to school."

"I'm really intruding," Ba Reum said, feeling a bit embarrassed about it, but Hyuk was already shaking his head.

"Don't you worry about that. Now, I'll prepare you a good breakfast," Hyuk said, gesturing for Ba Reum to follow him to the kitchen.

Once there, he did insist to set the table while Hyuk prepared breakfast.

"A toast or something is fine," Ba Reum said when he saw the man starting to bake some bacon and take out some eggs out of the fridge.

"This is better. It'll be a busy day learning, and we'll have gym this afternoon," Hyuk said, "oh, and since you won't pass home, I'll prepare a lunch box as well."

"Oh, that's not necessary. I can just skip it once," Ba Reum said, not really knowing how to react to such generosity.

"No, I don't think that's a good idea," Hyuk said, trying to not frown too hard at those words, "especially with Gym. I'll make you a few sandwiches. Some ham and cheese and bit of mayonnaise should be okay, right? And a bit of salad to pretend we're healthy."
