The dropship lanes on the ground, and Abby was the first to the door. She unbuckled out of her seat and ran to it. She reached for the lever, pulling it immediately. Abby studied the ground, she had seen it on TV, but never in person. She stepped out of the dropship, and once her feet hit the ground she started walking.

"Dr. Griffin!" A guard called after her.

Abby turned around to see all the guards and Kane a few feet behind her. "Let's hurry!" Abby yelled to them just before she turned back and started walking.

"Abby!" Kane ran to catch up with her, once he reached her he started talking. "We have no sense of direction, we can't just go walking out into the wilderness."

"I have to find my daughter." Abby said and then started yelling. "Clarke!"

Kane covered her mouth. "Are you crazy?! What if the mountain men are near by it the grounders?" Kane took his hand off her mouth.

Abby shook her head at him. "Clarke!" She yelled, this time louder.

"Abby, stop." Kane shook his head, disapprovingly.

"I have to find my daughter."

"Don't let that cloud your judgement."

"CLARKE!"
_______

"Clarke." A faint voice traveled.

Everyone immediately fell silent.

"Clarke, who was that?" Octavia asked her.

"Clarke." The faint voice continued.

"That's my mom." Clarke muttered. "Mom!" She yelled back.

Bellamy threw his hand over her mouth. "Are you insane? The minute they find out there's more than one survivor, all but one of us are dead." Bellamy took his hand off her mouth.

"But, Bellamy, that's my mom." Clarke told him.

"I know, Clarke." Bellamy said.

"And you want me to just ignore her?" Anger and disgust filled Clarke's voice.

"Clarke." Bellamy paused. "Fine. Go if you want, but the rest of us have to stay here, if we want to live."

"Bellamy," Clarke's voice was changed and it became gentle and loving. "I'm not just gonna leave you."

"You wanna find your mom, don't you?" Bellamy didn't wait for her answer, because he already knew what the answer was. "No one can go back with you, only one person would be able to go home, back to the ark."

"But," Clarke got teary eyed. "I-I can't loose you." Clarke told Bellamy. She looked around at everyone. "I can't loose any of you." Then turned back to Bellamy. She held out her hand. "Lead the way." She told him.

Bellamy smiled a sad smile and then took her hand.

In that moment, Bellamy felt extremely loved. Clarke gave up a life in the ark, a life with her mom just to be with him on earth.
________

"CLARKE!!" Abby yelled louder then the times before.

"Abby! This is irrational. You're gonna get us caught." Kane shook his head, disapprovingly.

"CLARKE!!!"
________

Clarke closed her eyes, in pain to hear her mom's voice. Her mother with screaming for her and Clarke was just going to walk away. Not only did it hurt Abby to have to imagine her daughter dead, it hurt Clarke to have to continue walking.

Bellamy held Clarke's hand, he gently squeezed it. "I'm sorry Clarke." He whispered to her.

"Yeah...me, too." Clarke told him as she continued walking.
